Satistfied customer
I first saw a demo of the Caroma at work and was impressed with the low flow and nonclogging features of the toilet. Andrea gave prompt replies to my ongoing questions. My rough in is 11", a nonstandard size that the 270 has an adapter for. Quick delivery. A retired plumber friend installed it. I think I would have been able to do it myself except base of toilets tend to be heavy. The Sydney Smart works great and I'll be getting the $100 government rebate.

good service, good product
The Eco Transitions team is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their products. We purchased a Caroma toilet from them in March 09 that had some minor issues- all easily resolved with a phone call and quick visit. If you're considering a low flow/dual flush toilet, contact Eco Transitions!

Great to do business with
Andrea handled our transactions with great speed and efficiency. I absolutely love our new toilets. They dropped them at our house and gave us a great deal. I would definitely do business with ecoTransitions again!!

A great toilet!
We bought our toilet at one of the arts festivals in town. Andrea was very friendly and excited about her product. Caroma toilets feature a low flow dual flushing capability and was easy to install. We love our new Caroma toilet!
