Poor Communication, Great Service
Let me first start by saying that the prices are great and Dean, the technician, was extremely friendly! However, this company seems to have a huge issue with communication. I had to reschedule my first appointment due to a family emergency (which was fine, I was able to notify the tech before he made it to my home).
I called to reschedule and everything seemed fineuntil the next morning when they called to ask me to reschedule. Apparently there was no trace of my previous reservation. But then, a few hours later the tech called to let me know he was on his way. I know, very confusing.
At the end of the day, the work was done and the tech was great. It was just a major pain trying to reschedule the appointment.

When the customer called back to reschedule they called the installer and not the office. This is why the office called back and had no trace of the appointment. The installer had not told the office the customer called back to reschedule. We are happy that you are satisfied with the installation, the price and it was done in the time frame promised when you rescheduled. We are sorry for any inconvenience we may have caused you.
