I have never left anyone negative reviews, but I have to write this... so that no one is going to go through the same troubles as I did. I signed up for their membership, which requires that you visit their spa monthly, about a year and half ago. I got relocated overseas, so the last time I went there... I cancelled my membership. After six months, returning from my trip, I noticed that they not only kept charging me the service that I cancelled/didn't use, they also put my account to collection and it ended up on my credit report! This is how they treated me as a customer who spent thousands of dollars with them. The day that you stopped being their customer, they try their best to screw you. I'm not sure this is good business practice...

Horrible customer service and store. It has happened several times, that you have a scheduled appointment and they call in the last hour to cancel the service saying the resource is not available to do massage/facial. And the way they tell is also very unapologetic and rude! This has happened to me and my husband and also to my friends. If you want a better service or store please try some other place!

Do not sign a monthly contract!!!!!!! I went in here for a facial. Right after it was done, I was presented with a program where they charge your card every month whether you are able to attend or not. If you have the time to go once an month then that's great but if not, you will be stuck paying and having the treatments add up. I realized after 3 months that I was unable to benefit form this and asked to discontinue the program. They add on another 2 months beofre they stop charging your card and you have to use all the unused treatments in those 2 months! I have a full time job and am a mother of two and am lucky to find time for myself once, certainly not 5 times! I called the manager and she said she would speak with the owner but it would not help. So here I am, out of 250.00 dollars that they just pocketed for doing nothing! All I wanted to make up was what I had paid for and never received a word back from the manager or Owner!!!

As a retired esthetician, I admit I'm very particular about my facials. Matt, my esthetician was very good,and professional . There isn't a private room for facials which I didn't like. I like to be quiet during facials which wasn't the case as from beginning to end everything seemed to be a sales pitch which I hate and never did myself. I got the feeling though they were all being pressured to promote sales both of products and continued monthly services.Though Matt was a very good esthetician, I probably won't be back because of the high pressure.

Have been a customer since the beginning, and I love it. Have seen real improvements in my skin, and I love the relaxing "me time". I can go here monthly for a facial and mini-massage for less than the price of ONE offering on other spa menus. And upsell happens at ALL spas, get over it and get assertive.

The facial experience was just average. They have all the facial chairs in one-room so there's no privacy or "spa" feeling to it at all. Plus, they hit you hard with the upsale the minute you sit down to the second you check out. I'd rather pay more to go to a real day spa with seasoned professionals.
