This guy never fixed my computer right. I am a business owner who trusted him and he did nothing to my computer to get it right. He is disonest and do not trust him. I have a store and needed my computer to run my business and he took my money and never fixed anything.

I valure prompt service, honesty, fair pricing and superior knowledge. Norm looked at my old Compaq and decided it wasn't worthy of repair. He told me to buy a neew computer. He could have added parts and changing me a lot mote. From Now on Norm is my "computer guy"!!

Norman is a very honest and good in his work. His rates are VERY reasonable. Response time is quickhighly recommended.

Prior to writing this review, I've read the following ones, and unfortunately I have to disagree to 2 reviews, obviously the negative ones. This fella is the most honest and trustworthy technician that I've ever hired. In the past I've hired and spent over Thousands just to have technicians diagnose or attempt to change parts of the hardware, and to find out that it was just something simple as deleting something that was not intended to be there. However Norm is very knowledgeable of digging out the problems and finding a solution.

I have all my computer needs designated to Norm, There's no one else I can trust or want to consider touching my servers.

Keep up the GREAT WORK!!!

I dropped off my laptop with Norm and he quoted me a price and time of completion. The laptop was done right and on time. He was very professional and helpful. I will definitely trust him with my next PC repair job.
