We had two great session there and then a horrible experience at the first lesson of our third session. They are down to only two tteachers and my kids did not "fit" well with the Nazi swim instructor they got. After one lesson and kid who left the lesson in tears they have refused to refund any of our money. This is a really shoty business and I'll never take my children back- they have no idea how to run a business or treat customers- BEWARE if you go that if you are not happy it's your fault, not theirs! Wish I read the above review before going- would have saved us $270!!

My two children and I had a terrible experience at this "school," and withdrew after three weeks of lessons. On our first visit, during my 2.5-year-old son's first lesson without a parent, the teacher ignored him when he choked on water, and then submerged his face twice, ignoring his cries that he did not want to get his face wet. He left the pool and refused to get back in. The second week (different instructor), my son refused to go near the pool. The third week he was reluctant, and the instructor ignored my request that he be allowed to enter and sit on the bench, and instead held onto my screaming son and told me to go to the bathroom. I had to ask 3 times before he handed my son back to me. The women's bathroom had mold/mildew in the shower, the toilets were dirty 2 of 3 visits, the smaller pool was out of service 2 of 3 visits, the paint on the pool deck was chipping, the walls were rusting and the showers got extremely hot, very fast. The cost of 6 lessons (3 for each child) and membership fee was $118. We attended Oct. 9, 15, and 22, 2008.
