Old fashion Customer Service
I had a section of gutter come detached from the house with the recent wind and rain. Called Action Gutters and got the most helpful and honest customer service person I have talked to in a long time. Rennie (I think is her name) listened to my problem and set to have someone out to look at it that day. Got the quote the following day which was very reasonable and then they were able to have someone out the following day to fix the issue. I was so pleased with the initial response I asked them to clean the gutters as well. The crew that showed up to fix the gutter and clean them was right on time and extremely professional. I love the fact they did not try to upsell or make me feel cheated in any way and the follow up they gave was great. One of the greatest service companies I have dealt with in a long time. Highly recommend them.
