I needed garage door openers replaced and contacted Georgia Garage Doors. Jeremy walked me through the choices and offered me price options for consideration. His prices were very competitive with the other companies I had shopped so I arranged to have them installed. Installation was done as agreed and the doors work as I had hoped. Jeremy spent a good bit of time going over the programming for the doors and when my wife was having a problem personally came back and went over everything again. He more than exceeded my customer service expectations and I would reccomend him to anyone.

I had a spring replaced before thanksgiving and my spring is now broken. It has been less than thirty days and apparently after talking to the owner its not going to be resolved. Keep in mind I was told I had a LIFETIME warranty. I would not suggest this company to anyone.

They quoted me a huge price for a top panel only. Another company put a whole new door in for $75 dollars over that cost. The same door I had. This company is a bit on the steep side.

I contacted Jeremy via email and got a response the same day scheduled the visit for service and they were there on as promised. A must keep for my Garage door needs. Perfect installation. I am very happy.

I had a new door installed last September and it was a ok experience. The gentleman installing it seemed nice and the price seemed great. They were pretty cheap. I did not know there are different quality doors. I was not told. Long story short the door got tore and I called a local company out and found that the new door was installed with black wheels and the guy replacing my top section showed me that it looked like my wheels had been cut all over with a packed knive and explained it was a low cycle roller that caused it to get hung up. get wheels with bearings. price was right. service was ok. Quality is what wasn't so good. Would give that a zero star if it were possible.
