next day junk removal

Awesome what can i say. They saved the day for us. A local competitor never showed up and we had to be out of our apartment that day. we called them an they had 2 trucks out there for our stuff. would use them in a heart beat.

these guys were great. our basement was flooded an destroyed everything. I called them an they were here the same day. i would use them again.

I placed my order on Friday afternoon, and they said they'd show up at 10am Saturday morning with a 30 minute call ahead to let me know they were on their way. At 10:45, I called to find out where they were. They said they were running late and would be there by 11:45. At 12:45, I called again. The phone call was disconnected, and then sent straight to voicemail for further calls. After 3 hours of waiting, they never called me and I simply gave up.

I used Next Day in the fall of 2007 and the prices were reasonable (and less than the competitors), but the service was horrible.

If you want something to go wrong call Walter at Next Day. This is the worst company for dumpsters, and the worst person to deal with. Please do yourself a favor and call someone else who is knowledgeable about there business, not just looking to take your money. If you are wanting to throw away your money and not get the job done by all means this is your company....
