We've used Rick's service for dogwalking during the day and also for boarding. I can only repeat what everyone's said here: prompt and very personalized attention, great relationship with the dogs, etc. Our pup was not happy playing/boarding at one of the doggie daycare places here in VaHi, but now she's all smiles (wags) with Rick.

Rick, happypa.ws owner, is kind, considerate, thorough and fun to deal with. He makes the business transaction painless and goes out of his way to ensure that the animals are loved and well taken care of. I cannot say enough about his courtesy and professionalism. We tried other dog care services and they didn't compare to what Rick offers. He both loves dogs and knows how to run a business. Our standard poodle adores him (and that's certainly not true of everyone Buckley meets). Trust is essential when you have someone come to your home--and Rick earns your trust and the trust of your dog.

Rick has been a God send to my 5 yr old Sheltie. I'm new to town, my older dog died in December and we were both feeling overwhelmed. Now, when I come home Oliver seems more relaxed. I know he loves his time with Rick. Rick treats my pet as part of the family and gives outstanding personal service. I feel great about the money spent on caring for my pet while at workand a secret: it's more cost effective than many other 'day cares' in the area! Outstanding!

I recently went from working at home to working in an office and needed a dog care service. I've been using Rick to care for my dog for about a month now. Rick is a true animal lover and my dog took to him immediately. Rick walks him some days and others my dog stays with Rick all day. Rick is very responsibe in caring for my dog and I am thrilled to know he is in good hands while I'm at work. I highly recommend Rick for your pet care.
