Terrific Trainer!
This is by far the best experience I've had with a trainer. She goes out of her way to make my workouts fit my needs, ability and lifestyle. She's inspiring, motivating, and is passionate about what she does.

Awesome trainer
I've had a wonderful experience with Redefine fitness. My trainer has been incredibly encouraging and supportive. We first went over what my overall goals are and my trainer has really helped me to figure out workouts which fits my needs (i.e., cardio or weights at home some days, other exercises at the gym on other days). I highly recommend Redefine fitness to anyone looking for a personal trainer.
