I bring to the table extensive experience, ranging from casual high volume to award winning four star establishments and have mesmerized many discriminating restaurant goers while holding court at some of the country's finest dining enclaves. I have a culinary arts background as my ballast, with my formal training at The Culinary Institute of America, where I graduated with high honors.
My philosophy? Simple elegance... my credentials have proven themselves. I am a purist in tradition, both in preparation and expedition. One of the keys to my success was firmly adhering to the dogma that "what you put into a product... you get out" or simply put, in order to produce a quality product you need to use quality ingredients.
