In present day society, we learn to fit into roles that limit our human potential. If you are willing to challenge the inherent beliefs that keep you from finding fulfillment in yourself, your relationships, work, and/or spiritual beliefs, then you can begin to change your life and create an abundance of inner peace and harmony with those around you.
I have an extensive background in developing programs that address the role of oppression as it relates to addictive behaviors and mental health problems. This includes adult children of alcoholics/addicts, eating disorders, victims of sexual assault, domestic violence, and gay/lesbian/bisexual issues. This also includes those who have used power and privilege to oppress others and who want to take personal responsibility to change destructive, abusive behaviors.
