Inspection reports are computer generated and easy to read. Files of report are easy to email to your agent, the selling agent, and to the seller. Reports are written in laymans terms with pictures of defects to share with the seller or sellers agent.

Expect personal attention, an honest complete unbiased inspection, a detailed explanation and a complete summary of all reports. I am certified, licensed, fully insured, bonded and have lock box access. You will receive flexible scheduling and professional service.

I received my Home Inspection Certification from Inspection Training Associates (ITA) in 1998. I am a member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI), International Code Council (ICC), and a member in good standing with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).
