I really care about my clients, and I tailor my work to fit you rather than use a "one size fits all" approach. I have a supportive, nurturing style, and I provide a safe place where you can feel free to be real rather than wear masks and play roles. I will quickly help you to identify your goals and work toward achieving them.

I have an interactive style, inviting you to work with me to resolve your issues, making your life more satisfying and productive. I teach life skills that you can use to help your life situation.

I work with children ages 9-12; adolescents; individuals; adults; families; and couples. I work with marriage counseling; grief; depression; codependence; spiritual concerns; self-esteem issues; women's issues; and stress management.

I have evenings and Saturday appointments.
I work on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. - 8:30 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. Contact me if you need a time other than those listed.
