Jason R. Schultz practices exclusively in the area of Plaintiff's personal injury and wrongful death. Special areas of expertise include cases involving tractor trailers, motor carrier liability, medical negligence/malpractice and premises liability. As a necessary sub-specialty, traumatic brain injury is an important part of my practice. Understanding these specialized areas of law and successfully representing those that have suffered catastrophic and life altering damages caused by others negligence has been a rewarding experience, both personally and professionally.

Jason R. Schultz was named a Georgia Super Lawyer in 2007 and 2009. He has earned an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating available for professional competence and ethics based upon a survey of members of the trial bar and judges. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and an active member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association (GTLA), American Association of Justice (AAJ) and the American Trial Lawyers Association (ATLA).
