Ursula Knaeusel is the founder and operator of Ursula's Cooking School, Inc in Atlanta, GA. The school started in 1971 with only five students and now today, the school has an enrollement of over 500 students every quarter. Ursula has aquired her cooking expertise through her cooking expertise by cooking and teaching all over Europe, United States, and Central America. Today, Ursula's Cooking School is one of the largest, independent cooking schools in the nation.
There are three class sessions per year (Fall, Winter, and Spring Courses)with three classes in six weeks. Classes are demonstrations in international cooking, which contains seven to nine recipes. Food which is prepared in class are sampled.
