My name is Michael Whitman, my Dad, Mark Whitman and I run Atlantis Plumbing Inc. I also happen to be the web master.

I am a BS and MS graduate from Georgia Tech in civil engineering. I took and passed my State of Georgia Fundamentals of Engineering Test and recieved the first portion of my state engineering license. I still was not set on becoming and engineer, so I started an MBA at Kennesaw University upon graduation from Georgia Tech. Several semesters later I became ill with sinus problems and decided that stuffy class rooms were enough. I returned to plumbing full time and soon after became a licensed Master Plumber. I trained with some of the best Master Plumbers locally and also with several of the worst. During those years of working with other contractors, I learned the fundamentals of plumbing but also that good plumbers and customer service are not always easy to find.

After learning the plumbing business, my dad and I teamed with a retiring Master Plumber who worked locally as Poole Plumbing for 40 years. We have slowly added several licensed plumbers to help us with extra work but not to many where quality and customer service suffers. The following is a list of the more common plumbing we cover.
