One of the lessons that we?ve learned is that a core belief system, and a business based on proven models, is the only way to operate in the real estate industry. We?ve also learned that about 80% of all real estate agent businesses across North America earn less than $35,000 per year. We call that failure.
Fundamentally, if a real estate agent operates their business as a true business, then they can attract more clients, and maintain a long term referral based operation.
Finally, we believe that if we agree to help a client, then we must create a win/win experience. We believe that there is no greater measure of our performance than our quadrupling of revenue growth between 2004 and 2006.
