Thank you for choosing to view my profile. I have been in private practice for over 10 years now and I absolutely love what I do! Seeing and helping people make positive changes in their lives is the best job I could ask for.

Most people who make their way to my office have an internal drive to do better or to get better and are looking for some assistance or guidance to reach their goals. Whether it is the day to day struggles or something more longstanding and complex, I will work with you to create the changes in your life you are looking to make.

I work with adults, adolescents and children over the age of 8. My areas of specialty include but are not limited to: anxiety, depression, life transition, self-esteem, relationship issues, divorce issues, women's issues, young professionals, college life and college related issues, as well as stress management.
