*Your Computer Guy* specializes in on-site support. If you have a problem, we come to you. If you are a business, or a residence, we can solve your short-term and long-term issues.

If you are a business: There are industry standards, that if adhered to, can prevent most of your problems before they start. If you need someone to fix something that is in need of immediate attention, give us a call. When we are done, we will help you develop a strategy to reduce the occurrence of further issues. This will include an action plan for the quickest possible resolution when issues do come up. We are a one stop place to shop. We can resolve all of your technology issues.

If you are a residence: We have seen it all. If you are looking for a way to get your problems resolved without having to pack up your computer and take it anywhere, and if you want the satisfaction of being able to test the computer in your own home before the technician leaves so you know it is really fixed: then you have come to the right place.

As the owner of the company, I have every call from this site come directly to me. The bottom line is, not all problems are cost effective to fix. I will help you evaluate your situation. Once we have evaluated the issue, we can either schedule an appointment, or get you pointed in the right direction. Sometimes, that means sending you somewhere else.
