I am writing this in recommendation without hesitation or coercion about M.R. Plumbing, Inc. Mr. Reynolds has been providing plumbing service for me and my family for sixteen years. I know this sounds strange but it is true. Let me list some of his services to our family.
1. He has come out in the dead of winter at night to stop a fountain-like leak between the water meter and my house. Mr. Reynolds came back the next day with a dredging machine and dug a hole and replaced the water service.
2. I could not flush the toilet in the downstairs bathroom, in fact, the toilet was overflowing waste. First he used one smaller type of snake, which couldn?t do the job and came back to snake out the line and explained that the silver maple tree roots were strangling my pipes. He was back within two days and fixed the problem.
3. Mr. Reynolds replaced my water purification system and fixed my disposal more than I care to mention. He explained to my family the type of items to avoid putting in the disposal.
4. We called him numerous times for various plumbing related problems and he has always kept his appointments.
5. My hot water heater broke down one day in winter. I called M. R. Plumbing and ?Mike the Plumber? went with me to Home Depot and showed me which model hot water heater to purchase and then installed it through late evening. You never appreciate a hot shower until your water heater breaks down.
We recently bought a brand new refrigerator a couple of days ago and the ice maker didn?t work, I had called company I purchased it from and they were no help at all.
