SANDERS CONSTRUCTION AND HOME IMPROVEMENT

We had our kitchen and bathroom remodeled in May 2009. We had several quotes, but Doug gave us the best number by far. Not only was he able to keep us in budget, but his work was great! He is very personable and trustworthy - a man of his word. We didn't have any second thoughts about him being in our house without us being there. Also - he is a dog person! Our dogs absolutey LOVED him, and dogs have great instincts about people. Doug and Ed are truly good people who do GREAT work. Our kitchen and bathroom are like night and day from what they used to be. We could not be happier with the final product, and suggest that you use Doug for your projects! He truly is a handyman, and can do anything that you need done! I will recommend him to anyone who needs something done around the house - big or small. Doug is the man to use!

Doug has done several projects for me and all of his work as been fantastic! The estimates are fair and the work is done quickly and with great quality. I have recommended him to family and friends and they also had great experiences.

Doug and Ed remodeled both our master and guest baths at great value and was also able to help out with minor things around the house with ease (things that would have taken me hours to figure out myself!). Doug took care to make sure that the items installed were of quality materials. Work was completed on time and on budget. The remodel was for putting the house on the market and we are now wishing we had done it sooner!

Doug remodeled our two bathrooms and did an amazing job. He and Ed really know their stuff and work efficiently. The price was fair and we were really happy with the outcome. Our bathrooms look beautiful! They're fun personable guys to boot, which makes them pleasant to have around. You really can't ask for a better overall experience!

Doug does quality work and is a super worker. Will definately use him again for future projects. He is friendly and is as good as his word.

Doug has done construction work for me in the past and when it came time to finish my whole basement I knew who to call. Doug has done a beautiful and quality build on time and at a fair price. He was there every day as he promised (despite knee surgery during the project). His attention to detail and pursuit of perfection seperates him from the rest. I will use him again for any future projects. If you are in the hunt to upgrade, build, or renovate, look no further.

Doug did a challenging remodel in a small bathroom for us, reasonable price, came when scheduled & finished on time, overcame some unique problems (including making Lowe's exchange a tub the same day because he discovered it was damaged - and we were out of town!), terrific tile work I will be calling him again to do more. Thank you Doug!!!

Doug Sanders did an outstanding job finishing off my basement. We hired him to perform almost all of the work for our rather large basement. He and Ed are very reliable, thorough, and knowledgeable. In addition to the excellent work he did, I received great contacts for other work/materials he could not provide. He has proven to be an invaluable resource -- we'll be calling him again for our future needs and I would absolutely recommend to him to friends and family.

Doug did a fantastic job remodeling my master bath. Its gorgeous. He and Eddie arrived on time very day and finished the project on time--only 2 weeks. He is very meticulous and cares about his clients. His suggestions were well thought out and really made my whole experience very satisfying. I would/will use Sanders Construction again and again and again.Thanks Doug. Job well done.

We had Sanders Construction remodel our hall bath, and we were so pleased with the results that we immediately scheduled them to do our master bath. It also turned out fantastic. Doug and Ed pay great attention to detail and the results are excellent. Their goal is clearly to make the customer happy. I had really dreaded having our bathrooms remodeled and had put it off for years. If I had known that it would go as well as it did, I would have done them a long time ago. Doug and Ed showed up on time everyday. They cleaned up as much as possible before leaving each day. Both projects took exactly the amount of time that Doug had predicted. Sanders Construction’s prices were very reasonable as compared to 2 other Kudzu-recommended contractors from whom we got quotes. Both projects came in right at what Doug had estimated. Doug and Ed “do it all”, and this experience was so stress-free that it’s got us thinking about what other projects we would like to have done around the house.
