Earlier this year, we hired Kerry Lucasse to assist us with our move from New York to Atlanta. She previewed all the homes before we arrived in Atlanta and we were able to find a home in the Morningside neighborhood on our first visit. We've purchased several homes before and this is the FIRST time we didn't have any "hiccups" while we were under contract. Both my husband and I were so impressed with Kerry's hard work and highly recommend her to anyone making the move to Atlanta.

Kerry Lucasse just helped my husband and I purchase our first home and we are THRILLED that we found her here on Kudzu! She made house hunting fun and was always happy to answer our 1,001 questions and concerns. At the time, my husband had a hectic work/travel schedule, but Kerry was always there when we needed her -- even at 6 am or 11 pm (I swear the woman doesn't sleep)!

We love our new townhome and highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable, easy-going realtor. When we are ready to move again in a few years, we won't call anyone else!

My fiance and I worked with Kerry to buy our first home intown. We knew the neighborhoods we liked and wanted someone who was an expert on Atlanta's east side (East Lake, Kirkwood, East Atlanta, Ormewood, etc). Kerry fit the bill, being a resident of the area herself. She guided us through the process, advised us on some great negotiation moves and helped push through all our financial approvals to get us to the closing table on time. We love our new home!

After spending hours researching real estate agents, we found Kerry! She did a fantastic job selling our home, was always very organized, and even though there were a few bumps in the road with the buyer, she quickly resolved every issue. She was always there when we needed her – even if it was 9 or 10 pm. Kerry definitely lived up to all of her glowing reviews and sold our East Atlanta home in LESS THAN 4 WEEKS. I just referred her to a co-worker and I’m sure they will be posting another 5-star review for her in the next week or two!

I spoke to Kerry on 8/4/09. She informed me that she would gather some information and get back to me by the end of the day; that's been a week ago and I haven't heard from her since. I see that this also happened back in May to someone else and Kerry posted a response claiming she doesn't recall talking to that person. Well my last name is Campbell just in case that jogs your memory.

Kerry did such an amazing job finding us a place to live. I don't care what it says her hours are, she worked what seemed like 25 hours a day helping us get a condo that was next to impossible to get financing for. Yes, that's right, she even personally helped me with all my financing questions. My wife and I absolutely love our new place near Emory and feel that we got a steal of a deal. Talk about earning your commissionKerry probably didn't get paid ENOUGH for all the work she did for us! I highly, highly recommend Kerry as your next agent.

Kerry worked with me on a complicated foreclosure for a sought after Poncey Highlands condo. She was always two steps ahead of everyone involved, always available and efficient. She truly helped facilitate a smooth closing. We closed within one month AND lower than the asking price! I absolutely love my new home and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent.

Kerry did an amazing job for my wife and I. She helped us price our home competitively at a price we were more than comfortable with and in a tough market we were able to agree to a contract to sell in 11 days! I didn't think that was possible! You are crazy if you need an agent and you don't choose Kerry! We are recommending her to everyone we know!

We found Kerry Lucasse here on Kudzu.com and couldn't be more pleased with our choice! My husband and I were buying our first home and to sum it up in one word, we were incredibly N-E-R-V-O-U-S!
