This company was great, very professional and the owner knows his business. My inspection was clear, concise and complete. He contacted me quickly and we set the time up when it was convenient for me. I would use him again if needed and refer him to all my friends.

Dana Home Inspections was referred to me from one of his previous clients. They promised me a thorough and detailed evaluation of the property that I was considering to buy. And I was not disappointed!! He spent adequate time reviewing every detail of the house, developed a extremely detailed and clear report, and walked me through the results. Just to reiterate what others are saying - Scott was professional, went the extra mile to examine everything about my new home, and took the time to explain to me the implications of everything he found. He showed up on time, and I had his report in my inbox as soon as I got home and checked it. I'd definitely recommend him. Also, he didn't try to sell me things I didn't need (ie add'l inspections) - he was very real with me about what I needed and didn't need. Much thanks Scott!

We are in the process of buying a new house and hired Scott Dana for the inspection, he was incredibly thorough and was great to work with. He was very amenable to our schedule and was available quickly. I was very impressed with the detail of our report and depth of his inspection, and the way he broke things down in ways that were easy for me (not being a home inspector) to understand.

Having had less-than-stellar experiences in the past with home inspectors that overlook things, rush through the job, and simply don't explain what they found in terms that people can understand, I understand the importance of a highly qualified home inspection when purchasing a new home.

I would definitely recommend Scott Dana for your next home inspection!

I had him come out to my new condo before I closed on property. Very nice over the phone, was a little bit late for appointment but did call me to let me know that he's running behind. Very friendly at site, and answered all my questions very professionaly. The price was slightly higher than others I found on website, etc. But I am happy that I asked him to do the inspection and I would recommend him.

Dana really found everything there was to be found with the home.

The infrared thermography technology also distinguishes Dana from other firms. Even after closing and bringing in numerous other contractors, they couldn't go int as much detail as Dana did.

In all, the professionalism, tools used and very reasonable cost would make choosing Dana a no-brainer.

We just bought our third house, and we've used different home inspectors each time. This time, we had Scott Dana do the inspection, and he was the most thorough and professional of any we've had. He's also just a great guy with affordable rates. He was able to detect an area in the wall where the insulation had come loose, because this area was much hotter on his thermal scan. Our realtor was impressed and said he would start referring people to Scott from now on. Be prepared, because Scott's home inspections last up to four hours. He's that thorough. We definitely recommend him.
