Never Again
Very bad experience. Not ISSA CERTIFIED. I learned my lession. Next time I get my carpets clean I will make sure A company is ISSA CERTIFIED.

"Red Clay"
I tried and tried myself to remove the red clay ground in to our beige carpet by our three dogs and figured it was a lost cause. Enter Steve and his Sons, IT IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING what they were capable of doing. Not only did they get out the red clay, coffee, wine and other stains (my Dad lived with us and he shook when he carried his coffee etc. to his easy chair which was right by where the dogs came in). GREAT JOB, TRUST WORTHY, and DIDN'T HAVE TO BUY CARPET.

WOW A HONEST COMPANY!!!!
My experience in the pass with carpet cleaners has been the bait and switch, they come in with one price and add on more money so they can get it clean, Not with SPS comapany, I talked to Steve he told the price for the rooms I needed the carpet cleaned and stretched not only did Jason do a great job he did not try to jack up the price. I have and will continue to reconmend this HONEST COMPANY!!! Mrs. Hobbs

MISLEAD
Wow, what an unpleasant experience. Call this company to clean my mom's house. They were late, unprofessional, and the job they did was not up to par with even STANELY STEAMER They were late, and rude. My mon is 76 years old and was having guest over the next day. Needless to say we call another company to get her carpet clean. NOTE: WHEN A EMPLOYEE OF A COMPANY ASK TO MAKE OUT A CHECK IN THERE NAME RATHER THAN THE COMPANY A RED FLAG SHOULD LIGHT UP. BEING THAT MY MOM IS 76 YEARS OLD SHE GOT REAL SUSPICIOUS. RED FLAG NUMBER ONE. RED FLAG NUMBER TWO BEING LATE.

To Dear MISLEAD, We pride ourselves to do the best job possible. If a customer any problem, we want know about it so it can be resolved. We have rarely had any issues with our customers because we stand behind our work and take care of any unhappy customers usually in one to two days. Which is less than 1% in 5 years where not perfect but we are trying. Occasionally, one our technicians can run a little late due to Atlanta traffic or the previous customer wanted some extra work that was not scheduled, we want to do quality work for everyone. If he is late, he will call at let the customer know before he is late or as soon as possible. We have called all our customers in the last 3 weeks and have not discovered any problems. We are still waiting on few call backs. Everyone was happy with the work. PLEASE GIVE ME a call at 678-898-4238 so WE CAN RESOVLE any problems or issues you have on this unusual situation. Great Job
I am very pleased with the work performed. The technician (Brook) was not only very thorough, but was very polite and knowledgeable. The carpets were dry quickly. I would highly recommend this company. Great Job

Customer service is great. The carpet looked brand new when he left. He did every step by hand. He actually cleaned my carpet as if he lived here.

Not only poor quality cleaning, but you need to know that the owner will modify the PAY TO line on your check so it is no longer made payable to a company, but rather payable to himself. I assume this is an effort to hide income. If you need proof of this deception, I have the check to prove it. The work performed was entirely BELOW STANDARD, though the guys doing the work were pleasant enough. The method used by this company is totally antiquated and SUB-PAR. Run, don't walk, to any other cleaner.

very happy with results
Jason from SPS did a great job on my carpet. I used the online coupon for $199 for seven rooms. No extra charges for stain removal and he paid special attention to problem areas (pet urine, coffee stain, georgia clay, high traffic grime) I was very happy with the results. I will use them from now on, i will never use steam cleaning again after seeing the method SPS uses. I used to have my carpets steam cleaned and all it did was make them soaking wet and when it finally dried, the spots reappeared. SPS is NOT steam cleaning which is why i used them instead. I called them yesterday morning and he came at 3 pm and was done by 6.

Exceptional Job!!!
I have tried many other carpet cleaners and they by far did the best job on my carpet. My daughter had cut her foot and walked through the house. I thought it would be impossible to get out since my carpet is a light color. You can't even tell where it was. Also, they didn't soak my carpet like other carpet cleaners and the spots and smell from my dog’s accidents is gone as well. Yea!! I would highly recommend them. THANKS!!!!
