Quality Rugs, Great Service, Competitive Prices
Wow, what an amazing amount and variety of area rugs! I spent time – a lot of time – on World of Rugs’ Web site searching for three area rugs for a new home and found exactly what I was looking for. After narrowing my search online, I visited the store and settled on two of my three online contenders. The staff was extremely helpful and patient when I decided against my third choice. I could say things like, “I’m looking for something with just a little bit more of a mustard color, and a splash more of a moss green, and in this kind of pattern… etc.” and they knew exactly what I meant and would quickly show me rugs that meant my criteria. They helped me find a perfect third rug at a very competitive price. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Quality area rugs at competitive prices. Very prompt, free delivery of one rug that wasn't in stock. I plan on returning to check out their other furnishings.

Great Selection/Customer Service
I've purchased several rugs here. They have a great selection and prices. Chuck, the sales guy is also very good - gives the right balanace of attention and space when you're shopping. Store can be a little hard to find but worth the trip.

Great Showroom!
Could have spent all day there. Our sales person was patient, knowledgeable and let us make our own decision. Will be back and refer business for sure!

Sales People Are Awesome and Knowledgeable
We went to World of Rugs & Carpet to find rugs for our new home. The salesperson spent time helping us with sizes, colors, patterns, tying rooms together, etc. Very helpful, a good experience.

Unbelievable Prices - Excellent selection!
Wow! I couldn't believe all of the rugs in this place. They truly had it all from shag to sisal, to oriental. The prices were low just as all of their adds claim. It was truly hard to narrow it down they had so much to choose from. We were there for nearly 2 1/2 hours and the salespeople were very patient and spent a lot of time with us. We finally made our choice and plan to go back in a couple of months when we redo our master bedroom.

What a collection and sharp prices!
My husband and I recently bought a new house and went to World of Rugs & Carpet to get a good idea for some rugs for our new home. We thought we would only walk in to get an idea, but ended up walking out the door with 3 rugs! They had so many different choices and their personnel made me feel "home". We fell in love with a few rugs and when we seen the prices, we decided not to look any further. Thank you Wold of Rugs & Carpet! They look great in our new home. D.K.
