With the help of Jonathan Obuseh from Aasent mortgage I just closed my home loan. This is the second time I have used Aasent Mortgage for a home loan because I was please with their service the first time. They have competitive rates and I would recommend them to anyone.

I just closed on my first home earlier this month. I worked with Chris Davis during the course of applying for and closing my mortgage. Chris was always available when I had questions and extremely informative. I really appreciate the time and effort he put into closing my mortgage, especially since there were times when I would call him 5/6 times per day with questions. He obviously takes a lot of pride in his job and making sure everything is done right. I don't know what I would have done without him during this whole process!

Jonathan Obuseh promised "One more thing and we close" 15 times. I arrived for closing and there was no appt. with the attorney. The attorneys accomodated us, and we waited an hour to begin the closing process. I was told on my way to close that I was getting a $700 credit, but my $4,600 deposit was not going to count for closing costs.

I am a recently retired USAF Officer and have purchased 10 mortgages in the past 20 years. Jason "Jay" Zulauf was straight forward, professional and quick to deliver. He provided us with the most competitive rates and top-notch service. My next mortgage will be w/ 'Aasent' and my next Agent will be 'Jay' no matter where I live!

This is my fifth time financing or refinancing a house in this country. Except for one, all other experiences had been positive, but none like this one. In my chasing low rates for a rather unusual loan (10 ARM, I/O), I received enormous help in the form of advice and palettes of rates as a function of locking period and points needed to achieve the targeted interest rate I wanted. I am fairly savvy, but I learned so much more this time around than any other refinance I have completed in the past. Jared Thiele from aasent was always there, by phone or e-mail, or both, until after the deal was closed. Others may advertise good rates. Here you get them, AND THE SERVICE, which is so important when making decisions which involve such large sums. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to do
anything with their mortgage. You feel like with Jared you are making a friend, and you probably are.

We greatly appreciate all the hard work and time we needed to make this happen. A 5 star rating is not enough for going beyond the norm to help us with this.

I just finished refinancing with Aasent and was impressed with the great service right from the beginning. Jay Zulauf and his team was very professional, responsive and made the entire process a breeze. Jay was very reachable and was quick to get back with answers. Ours was little tricky since we were selling a house with closing on a Friday and the refinance on following Monday. Jay & his team were very understanding and made sure that all the paperwork got done in time for the closing. I would recommend Aasent Mortgage to my friends.

I just purchased my first home with financing through aasent! Erik walked through every step of the process. It was easier than I ever expected! Erik was easy to work with an abundance of information and was always avaialbe to answer all my questions. We closed on time with no surprises. A great company to work with!

I recently re-financed my mortgage with Jeff Zulauf at Aasent Mortgage Co. I've worked with several different Mortgage companies since buying my first home in 1977. The process at each of these companies ran reasonably smooth most of the time, but the service level was extraordinary at Aasent. Jeff demonstrated a personal interest from the start and I felt like a had a true partner as we made decisions on the re-finance. I was impressed with how quickly Jeff was able to handle the procees, which was virtually painless. The closing was a snap. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Closing costs were competitive. I highly recommend Jeff to anyone.
