Hansard Heating & Cooling

So our AC controller went out in the summer and we had two contractors out to fix it, each of whom charged a small fortune and didn't do anything to remedy the situation. Tim had great reviews on Kudzu, so I called Hansard and spoke to a nice lady (Tim's wife?). Tim was out of town but we waited till he came back and had him out to the house. He had us patched up in 30 minutes, explained what had happened to the controller and how he fixed it, and then sent us a thank you note! Tim is a class act, and we couldn't be happier. Can't imagine having another HVAC contractor work on our properties!

My AC went out on a weekend due to a freon leak. Based on the good ratings on kudzu I called Hansard on Sunday hoping to "get in line" when they opened on Monday and fielded the calls. To my surprise I got a call back about an hour later and an appointment set for the next afternoon. Tim diagnosed the problem as a coil with a small leak, recharged the system and got it working right away. The coil was still under warranty and he dealt with the manufacturer to get the free replacement, and came back a week later to install it. I definitely recommend Hansard and will use them again in the future.

Our air duct cleaner recommended Tim for servicing our unit. We called and made an appointment, the lady on the phone was very nice and helpful. Tim showed up on time and did a service on our two systems. I feel his price was very fair and he was pleasurable to work with. Thanks for the great service Tim.

Both my gas furnace and gas log fireplace were innoperative. I called these guys for the first time yesterday at 4PM, and in about one and a half hours later Tim showed up and repaired both the furnace and gas logs. He was professional, knew his stuff, and charges were reasonable. I will use them in the future and would/will recommend them. I was very pleased with them.

Heater broke down on a cold day. Expected a delay and a ripoff. Tim came out and found a temporary workaround to keep us in heat while he had to order a fan motor. Also activated our unused gas fireplace, recommending least expensive way to purchase gas logs. Prices much better than hoped for. Highly pleased with transaction, and will continue to do business with Tim Hansard.

Called them Wednesday afternoon and they were out Thursday morning. Diagnosed the problem quickly and got me up and going again quickly. Price was fair and service was done well. I would highly recommend them.

Tim was out at my house and fixed the problem with my AC the day after I called. Sears told me it would be 2 weeks before they would come out and they would charge me $100 just to look at it. Hansard provided great service, recommended.

I have 16 rental properties and have been using Hansard HVAC for about 5 years and could never be happier with the quality of service, timely response to a problem, or price. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC repairs or service.

I called Hansard because the company I had been using couldn't come out and my A/C just wasn't cooling very well. Tim came out after 5:00 and it didn't take him 10 minutes to assess the problem. I had a leak and was losing freon. He explained the situation to me and made a recommendation to go ahead and put freon in the unit and do the testing later. He determined that it was a slow leak and could be a weld that was causing the problem. He replenished the freon, checked the unit, coils and compressor and charged me a very reasonable rate for everything he did including the last minute trip to my home. Without a doubt I will continue using Hansard. I know value and honesty when I see it.
