I stopped by this shop earler today,which I have patronizing for the past year or so for oil changes and other routine maintenance, for a simple task- to have a headlight bulb that I had purchased myself earlier installed. The older, rude fellow at the counter stated that they do not install ANY parts that customers have purchased. What can be so complicated about installing a lightbulb? So I went to another shop near Northridge in Sandy Springs and they took care of this simple task for me,in about 5 minutes for a nominal charge. My advice is to skip this mean spirited, mediocre shop and go elsewhere for your automotive servicing needs, as I will be doing.

No complaints here. THey are honest. I have taken my minivan there for brakes and oil change and they have gotten the job done

The work done at roswell auto center, is top notch. The job was done at a fair price, and I will definately be back.

Honest Mechanics seem to be the hardest find. Thankfully Roswell Auto Repair is one close to me. I knew what the issue my car was having, but did not have the tools to fix it myself. Robert confirmed my diagnosis and quoted me to fix that problem and that problem alone. None of the up sell or scare tactics that other techs might try to pull on ya. I'll definitely use their services again if I need to.

After years of going to the dealer, a friend told me about Roswell Auto Centerwhat a blessing!! Their people are friendly and competent and their prices very reasonable! I feel I can trust them to repair only what is needed and do it for a great price! I am thrilled to find this wonderful business that operates with integrity and honesty. They have certainly been a blessing to me and my wallet.

I've taken two different cars in for repairs. On the first repair, I felt they were dealing with me honestly and fairly - no complaints at all. They even allowed me to provide one of the parts for the repair which I had already purchased.

However, on the second repair their quote for the repair was over twice as much as I eventually paid at another repair shop.($2100 vs. $950) I think they were being honest with me but their price for the same work was very high. I saved over $1000 by having the work done elsewhere.

With the reviews on this business I will certainly be by to check them out. I'm new to Atlanta and have been looking for someplace to get my car serviced. I think that they may be the service center that I have seeking. I live in Dunwoody and will be more than happy to take the ride to Roswell in an effort to keep riding! Don't let me down guys. As far as the dog lady is concerned, gimme a break! Did they do a good job on your car? That's really what matters.
As far as the stars are concerned, I really won't know how good they are until I go by there tomorrow.

These guys are knowledgeable and depenable. They stand behind their work. They have kept our 10 year old car running with minimum dollars.
