Persnickety Cleaning Service

i was very optimistic ab. this service, however after four cleaners, i am going to have to go w. someone else the first one was just bad, so Anna offered me another cleaner, fine, she was great, but then left the co., then my third cleaner was just ok, and i was then told by anna that she was coming to do the cleaning, and another cleaner showed up who did a so-so job without even a phone call from anna, and after they missed a week when they were supposed to come and clean sorry, disappointed.

I have had 2 services prior & this is the best..

I called several places to get estimates for my house. Anna was super nice and was very easy to get a hold of, and I thought things were going to be great. She was very aware of the animals and was willing work around them. She was a little more expensive, but not substantially. I was super excited to start working with her, but it did not work out. The house was just 1/2 cleaned. Nothing on the customer guide that she gave me was completed. The things that were cleaned were done very well, but the problem was only half of everything was cleaned. Only half the kitchen was cleaned, and some of the counters weren't even wiped off. The living room floor was swept, but nothing else was nor was anything mopped. My blinds weren't touched, and the only dusting that was done was on the tv stand. The bed was also only half made. I was totally floored when I came home and everything wasn't completed. I work crazy shifts at a hospital and emailed Anna to let her know that this wasn't going to work out and never heard back from her. They are really nice people, but only do an alright job. Actually I don't even know if I can say it is an alright job. I would've kept working with them had they addressed the issues and had better customer service. It just isn't worth the money to get a half done job.

I used Persnickety Cleaning yesterday for the first time and was very impressed with their service. Jamie did a fantastic job and was so great with my dog. My house really sparkled after she was done with it.

I respectfully disagree with the person's review below.

I have used persnickety cleaning for 3 years on various houses. They are always prompt, professional and courteous. In the very rare occasions on which something has been overlooked or skipped, they have immediately addressed the issue. Most importantly, Persnickety have always been reliable. They arrive and clean on schedule. I would recommend persnickety, and do, to any friend or co-worker.

As a New Years resolution (with maybe just a bit of pushing from my girlfriend), I decided that I needed help to get my house in order. While laziness is its own reward, and messy house doesn't clean itself - even with my trusty Roomba. So, I had heard some good things about Persnickety, so I gave them a call.

Anna, the "Chief Clean Officer" said she'd come by my house at 3:30 last Thursday afternoon, and she was right on time. That was a very good sign, to me. She gave me an estimate for my initial cleaning, and a rate for follow up visits that was very affordable for me. I set up an appointment for the first cleaning, which happened this morning.

Aliny was the poor girl who had to deal with my world o' sloppiness, and she did an amazing job - the house hasn't looked this good, well, ever. And I bought it brand new. Everything is shiny and clean as a whistle. She really did a top-notch job, spending about 4 hours to clean everything.

I HIGHLY recommend this service to anyone who lives within their range. They totally rocked my world.

Persnickety has always been very accomodating to schedule changes and shows up on time for every scheduled cleaning. Everyone is always very professional and courteous. The house is adequately cleaned upon each visit and we're overall very happy with the service.

I read all of the reviews given by other Persnickety Cleaning customers. I decided to try Anna and her crew even though she had a few bad reviews. I realize there are people out there that you just can't please. I have to say that I am very pleased with Sam and Fernando's service. They have done a wonderful job every time they come. They even cleaned our "junk" room when they didn't have to. It's straight now and we actually know what is in there. I would recommend these guys to my family and friends.
