Aladdin Insulation and Windows

Chuck came and gave a non pressure estimate. I got other estimates that were both higher and lower. I went with Alladin because of the customer service that they provided. They worked with my schedule and at a short notice. They were great. Everything was cleaned up before they left. Loved dealing with them. would use them again when I go to get my windows redone.

Our experience in dealing with Aladdin for our windows could not have been more positive. Charles and his crew set our expectations, then followed through and met those expectations. The whole Aladdin team did a great job. If you need windows you need to call Aladdin.

Chuck came by and gave me a no pressure quote. Several weeks later we followed up and they were able to work with our schedule. My wife says the people who did the work wre all very well spoken and pleasant. The job was completed as promised with no suprises. I have already recommended them to a co-worker.

Angelo, Ivan and Michael arrived right on time and quickly introduced themselves. The job was completed as promised and they ensured everything was clean before they left. We have passed along Aladddin contact info to our neighbors.

Aladdin added insulation to the meager amounts previously existing in our attic crawl space. I was very happy with their price. They arrived when scheduled, did the job quickly, and left no mess. While it is too soon to see the effect on utility bills, we have already noticed that our living room is cooler on hot days. They inadvertently covered over a bathroom vent fan outlet with insulation (that I should have pointed out to them). When I called to have it fixed, they responded immediately--cleared away the space above the vent and it now works fine. They are very professional and do excellent work. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who needs insulation.

They were thorough and did what was in the estimate. There was a lot of attention to detail such as installing attic rulers before blowing in the fiberglass insulation, sealing all the plumbing penetrations in the house and installing gaskets to electrical outlets located on perimeter walls. They did a good job cleaning up afterward. We could feel the temperature difference within a couple of hours and are seeing about a 10% reduction on our utilities. I'm pretty sure I will see a ROI before the end of 24 mos.

Chuck was initial contact - made me feel comfortable and offered a reasonable price. Insulation install went smoothly - crew was professional & prompt. Window install crew a few weeks later was 2 hrs late with no notice. Charles made sure things went smoothly once I made him aware. Overall a good experience with some hiccups along the way.

Aladdin recently installed new windows and attic insulation in my home. I love my new windows and look forward to saving money on my energy bills. The installation guys did a great job and cleaned up everything before they left my home. Everyone seemed very anxious to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I highly recommend Aladdin.

The job went excellent! Chuck, the salesman, was very knowledgeable. He gave a thorough explanation of what was to be done. He did a great job answering my questions. He gave a detailed estimate. Ivan and his crew arrived as expected on the day of the job. They were thorough and did exactly as stated in the estimate. There was a lot of attention to detail such as installing attic rulers before blowing in the fiberglass insulation, sealing all the plumbing penetrations in the house and installing gaskets to electrical outlets located on perimeter walls. Ivan and his crew were courteous, quick and efficient. I initially had only about 5-6 inches of insulation in my attic; they brought it up to an R-60 (21in.). They did a good job cleaning up afterward. I felt the temperature difference within a couple of hours and am seeing a nice reduction in my cooling bill thus far. They gave several guarantees with this job. I'm so glad I went with them!
