Really great company
This is a great business, they donated $1000 to womans Breast Cancer, and donated several cleanings and I happened to be one of the people they gave a free cleaning. I have never used the process before and I will never do anything but! I have been sold is a great word, my home is brilliant, I really never expected my carpets to ever look like this. I am very happy to leave the review of such a wonderful company. Thanks Sydney

Kudzu was right, great service company!
My name is Heather Williams, I have a condo in Vinings, Brown's Chem-Dry did an amazing job getting the couch that I loved so much cleaned up. My love for children and animals and the couch all remain equal, the couch is proof, its one of those old comfortable couches that you will never get rid of no matter what. After numerous stains, dog slobber accidents, and even rain the couch was in need of a really thorough cleaning. Eventually I broke down and spent the money, $110, they cleaned and added protection for an extra $40 and the couch looks better than when I inherited it from an old roomy. Nice job!! Thank You!!

Atlanta Carpet Cleaner, Best of the Best!
I was very impressed with the cleaning capabilitiesthat this company has. I work for a local news paper and magazine and have tried all of the advertising companies in there and none are as good. Next month I am going to put a snippet in our magazine about it plus some before and afters, it was that good and that amazing. It really dries quickly, handled a really spotty house that renters had trashed. More urine stains than I had expected from a little mini pin, they house is immaculate. I will be refering this company to our building manager. Very worth the extra bucks above the cheaper cleaners. Explained in detail and answered every question I had, and I think we have found a winner!

Great cleaning service
I have never put much stock into a cleaning service, it usually is me paying for somthing I could do myself if I put effort into it. Brown's Chem-Dry is the first to really impress me, they got the floors cleaned much better than I could have, the spots and staind I thought were permanent ended up easily being removed by them. I should know, I tried renting a rug doctor and had another company come and try to get out ink and they just spread it around. So all in all I am very impressed and will be happy to call again if I need them. Thanks I think you saved me about $2000 in replacement cost. Sedwick

Very Professional
We have used a couple of chemdry companies before but never had as great of service as we have with this company. From the beginning to end of the service we were very pleased. My carpets look great and I will call Brown's again when we need our carpets cleaned. Jason was our service provider, he was very good.

Good Job - John is Great
After tirelessly shopping around for a carpet cleaning company that cleans carpet using the Chem-Dry practice, I came across Brown's Chem-Dry. From the customer service call with Robin to the technician (John) that came out to clean the carpets, hands down, the service was excellent!
I can honestly say that Brown's is one of the best Chem-Dry franchise around, and I know because of my experience with others. John was professional, early for the appointment, polite, dedicated, committed, and very hard working. It's always nice when you have the pleasure of being happy to do business with a company that values you. Good job!

Jason Provided Excellent Service
Give the man a raise, he saved us from having several thousands of $ of replacement cost on our carpets. He stretched the carpet, he replaced padding, and cleaned it once the repir work was complete. All in all I can get a couple more years out of it and it makes my house look like a home again. So Consider the asset you have and thank him for us. Jeff and Sarah D.

Great Job, Very Professional
Had a great experience with Brown's Chem-Dry, they were more than accomodating and made sure that it was a hands free ordeal. Usually we have a ton of things to move around and they handled it all for us. Very professional and the carpet looks great.

No more smell!
Having 3 cats is kind of hard to keep odors away, for at very least now and the past few weeks we have not smelled the urine odor, our friends would not come over because of the urine smell and I brought my pickiest friend in and she says she cant smell so I know that we got a great service. I guess we just went numb to the smell but every one else said they could smell it, and now no one can smell it. Great job thank god.

Perfect service
Mike Dance cleaned our carpets, the floors were not bad but what he did I could definately tell that they were much cleaner and that my house was ready for spring. Great job all around, he has a real eye for detail.
