Brown's Chem-Dry

Words cannot describe my satisfaction after having my carpet cleaned by Brown's Chem-Dry!!! I have 9 year old carpet that was extremely stained by my puppy 3 years ago, along with coffee, red wine, cola, shoe grime, etc. that store-bought cleaning products just didn't quite remove. Jason came out, reviewed the estimate with me before he started, gave me some pointers on keeping it clean, and did a wonderful job! He did his best to remove the stains (AMAZING JOB) and it looks NEW! I highly recommend Brown's Chem-Dry to anyone.

They did a great job on our house in Echo Mill, pet pee every where and massive odor, we called Brown's and to our avail they came and got rid of it, we waited a few weeks to write a review here because they have a guarantee that the odor would be gone and sure enough it is, so thank you and we will still be refering our neighbors, job well done. Tech was very professional and friendly and did a great job. Carpet looked great and dried quickly. My carpet is old, but they cleaned it so it looked great, and I will definitely call Brown's Chemdry again.

We used this service and were very pleased, they were very nice guys, John the guy who came to clean our carpets actually knew my daughter from New York and was in church with her before we moved away to Ga. About the service that they offer it does a great job, it really is dry quickly, and it smells wonderful. We would highly recomend this service and will use them in the future. We have never got our carpets cleaned before but decided after doing some internet searching of companies we decided to go with this local Chemdry. To my amazement they were very thorough and efficient in their cleaning. I am a single mom of 2 for the moment while my husband is overseas in Iraq we are on a tight budget and we didn't have a ton of money to spend. Brown's Chemdry took around an hour to an hour and a half to clean our house 5 area special which was not that terribly over priced, $149.95. They used a black light to find the dog pee in the carpet and treated the areas ($69.95 extra) at this I was sceptical, so far so good, the smell is gone and I have absolutely no worries about my newborn crawling on the carpets. the total bill ended up being $249.90 and it came with a 30 day satisfaction gaurantee. Theese guys came out and walked through our home and told us that some urine spots in our floor probably wouldn't come up, we had what they said to be a slim chance to none, it is a rental home we had purchased and we wanted to make it our home. We bought the house As Is and knew the chances of things going wrong like for the first example would be the dish washer would flood when started, the carpets looked trashed and the phone lines were completely ripped out of the wall entirely through out the house but it was worth the small fortune paid for the house. Anyway Brown's Chem-Dry Came in and took a look at the carpets which basically all we were doing were getting a third oppinion on saying trash the carpets. After their evaluation they said 8 areas of carpet of about 10 were salvageable we said yeah right!!!! But go ahead and try if you think you can, well if I could put a picture of before and after on here I would, they got all of the stains out to a liveable tone and the carpets now look great, I will have to say they were not the cheapest people we called but I will tell you we had Stanley Steamer out and they walked right back out and said to throw it away so.. we were sceptical that anyone could do somthing other than burn the stuff but as I said Brown's got the majority of the stains out to an acceptable level. You guys saved us $6500 and this was quoted by a local installer, so again me and my wife HUGELY APPRECIATE IT !!!! Definately customers of the future for you.

Theese guys are the best carpet cleaners around, we tried another company before theese guys and were very upset, Brown's Chem Dry did an awesome job and we will definately have them back, hope this review helps you guys.

These guys made our entire year better, the tech came with a helper and he was awesome! There was another company out of Atlanta called kiwi services and they were horrible, throw them out if you ever call them. Theese guys use scare tactics and show up in nasty raggedy cars and try to make you spend all of your money with them, with no customer service. The guys at BROWN'S CHEM DRY did an AWESOME JOB!!!!!!!! They explained the difference that this other company couldn't the were on time and very professional. All I can say is who goes out onto the internet and finds a way to review carpet cleaning guys. Just to mention not to many because I am the first to do it for them here. So anyway hope some people read this and it helps them make a decision and take a leap of faith and try theese guys, Brown's is not the cheapest around, thats why I thought kiwi was going to be great but as the old saying goes you get what you pay for.. and they were not that much more expensive.. John was very knowlegeable when explaining the difference between steam cleaning and his version of carpet cleaning called Chem Dry. He did exactly what I needed and there were a few spots that came out that no other cleaning company could get out before for several times in the past, then there were a few that didn't but the overall expectations were exceeded by far and we will never ever have to endure the wet floors of steam cleaning again..You have a customer for life! I hope the owner of this company knows what a great carpet cleaner his employee is By the way I used to work for your competition and we could not do anything close to this.. So thanks again for a wonderful job. George in Atlanta

Browns chem dry did an awesome job they cleaned our carpets and made them look new. They go trid of the cat odor and dried in less than 2 hours thanks again.
