Always Affordable Appliance Repair

I called Always Affordable about repairing my Whirlpool refridgerator, and Bobby came out and fixed it the very next day. He was friendly and professional, and he even swept up three years worth of dust bunnies that had accumulated behind my fridge. If I ever have any problems with any other appliances, I will be sure to call Always Affordable first thing.

Bobby was quick to call me back, worked around my work schedule, and quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair.
There was a scheduling glitch with our first appointment when he got stranded in rural Georgia with unavoidable car troubles, but he made sure to get me fit in the next day.
Once on the job he was attentive and quick. He also ignored his phone, which I was amazed at, as many repairmen will answer take calls, thus lengthening your appointment and, possibly your time away from work.

Bobby was great to work with. He fixed my dryer quickly and professionally. Most definitely one of the better guys out there for appliance repair.

Bobby really knows his appliances. He worked quickly, fixed it right, and was fair and honest with the pricing. He showed me the parts that were worn out and left no doubt in my mind that I called the right guy this time. Bobby, I will hold on to your phone number!

I called Monday and spoke with a gentleman explaining I had a microwave, central air, and a dishwasher needing repairs. He told me the soonest someone could come would be Thursday or Friday and asked me to call back and to leave my name, phone number, and the appliances again on his voicemail. I did so immediately. Having not heard back by Wednesday, I called and left a follow-up voicemail, and another Thursday. I called a second time Thursday and reached someone directly. He asked me to restate the appliances that needed repair, and then told me they did not handle microwaves or central air. I'm very disappointed that I've lost a week's time on this. I was excited to work with these folks after reading others' reviews and am surprised my experience was so different.

I called to inquire about my washing machine agitator not working. Bobby told me just what to do to save me the cost of having him come by. Who does that? Thanks, Bobby!
If I have to have appliances repaired, I'll call on him first.

The service fee was cheaper than the other 3 I called and the service was excellent. He came and made the repair on my refrigerator the same day at a most reasonable cost. Great experience..use them!!

I tried 2 other companies, neither of which bothered to show up, before I found Always Affordable. Bobby showed up on time and completed the work on my refrigerator quickly. He gave me a quote over the phone based on my description of the problem. It turns out that my description was a little off and after looking at the refrigerator he was able to fix the problem for less than originally quoted. In addition to fixing the problem I was having, he took care of an outstanding recall. I highly recommend Always Affordable to anyone in need of appliance repairs.

Seriously, no matter how picky you are, you need to look no further! We hired Bobby at my office to fix our ice maker and now everyone at the office uses him for their personal needs. I called three other places, and Bobby's quote was significantly less than the others. Bobby is a hard worker who is down to earth, trustworthy, and honest. Don't waste your time calling other places. I promise you will be satisfied with Bobby! And, I should add, Bobby knows what he's doing and what he's talking about. On the rare occasion that he doesn't have the answer (I can hardly imagine an occasion), he will find out and call you back.

Bobby did some work for some of my co-workers and they raved about him, so when my washer and oven both broke down at the same time, I gave Bobby a call. He is extremely knowledgable and was able to give me a diagnosis over the phone that turned out to be exactly the problem. On the day he was scheduled to come, he called beforehand to let me know he was on his way. After taking a look at each appliance, he explained the problem as well as several options and the costs for each one. Once I decided to have him do the repairs, he worked quickly and efficiently, taking time to make sure he cleaned up the area afterward. My daughter and I were the only ones in the house (my husband was at work) and I felt completely safe with him. He was polite and took the time to answer all my questions and then charged a very, very reasonable rate. Both appliances are working perfectly. I know how hard it is to find good, decent, trustworthy people - I am going to stick with Always Affordable any time I need something fixed.
