I loved what they did to my hair.Amber is such a wonderful stylest and i can always count on her to do the right thing.

VSS is the Best
I went there for the first time.I just read the reviews and took the appointment.Customer service is great,I love the salon environment everybody are so nice and I love my hair cut.I will never go anywhere else...Thanks Katrina u gave me great look ...my husband love my hair cut.....

Superior Salon, Stylist & Staff
The Salon is the best. Veronica is extremely knowledgeable, professional, highly skilled and friendly. The staff and assistants are always professional & very helpful. My hair has always been long, but has grown thinner with age. Veronica and I had a consultation about how to address this with hair extensions. At first I was skeptical, but they are amazing – no one can tell. My husband loves them. I have the full, thick and longer hair I had 15 years ago. Veronica also does a great job with my highlights and cut and is open to my thoughts, suggestions and concerns, which we discuss at the consultation prior to the work starting. She is the best and I would highly recommend her and her staff. And if your interested in longer, thicker hair - ask about extensions.

My new hair salon!!!
I was referred to Jacquelyn by a girlfriend of mine, and just wanted to give her a review for doing such a terrific job on my hair. I feel great,it feels great and my husband likes it too!! See you in a few weeks!!

Very professional, and I noticed too how great everyone looks there!! I felt very pampered and I liked the atmosphere. My hair came out just the way I wanted it, and the prices are pretty reasonable for the amount of work that was done. I will be back. Thanks again

Truly Awesome
Thank you Veronica so much for a great job on my hair!! It is easy for me to style and I have recieved a few compliments already. You have a great salon with a great staff, and I look forward to my next visit.

Veronica does not talk on the phone
I called asking for Veronica because I wanted a recommendation for a stylist who would give me what I asked for. A previous cut and color was OK but not what I requested. The man said "Veronica does not talk on the phone to customers." To make matters worse he had looked up my name and asked,why don't you want to see ____ again." I really wanted to return there, it's a very pleasant shop, but after that call, I moved on to another well-reviewed shop.

Wonderful Experience!!!
I suffer from alopecia and wear hair pieces made from human hair. I've had the hardest time trying to find a place that is comfortable working with a hair piece and usually ended up with a flat and heavy look. Well, I tried Veronica's salon based on the reviews here and I am so happy that I did! Michelle cut my hair and hair piece and it looks amazing! She was very warm and understanding and gave me a cut that is stylish and very functional, exactly what I've been looking for! Losing my hair isn't the worse thing that could happen to me by far and I came to terms with the idea that I'd have to settle for hair pieces that just covered the hair loss. I never expected to leave a salon feeling pretty and confidant but I did and that's a huge gift - thank you Michelle and thank you to the ladies who made me feel comfortable!

Went to this salon a few days ago, got the absolute best job ever. I asked for a rich warm brown, with highlights that were bold. I didn't want "STRIPES" though. Jaquelyn did an AMAZING job, showed me a few pictures of what she thought I was going for, we were totally on the same page. When she was done, I was AMAZED!!! It's never looked so healthy, shiny and vibrant!! She did a great job on my cut as well, this is an amazing salon. I WILL be back, and will refer all my friends!!! Thank you very much

Disappointed
I had a terrible experience here and would not recommend. Veronica cut and colored my hair. I came in as a blond and wanted a color touch up. She asked me to show her a photo of the hair color. I thought we had an understanding but she decided to use brown hair coloing instead of blond. I was terribly upset and asked her to fix it. Initially she blamed me by saying my hair absorbed too much color and even took me outside to show me how "light" changes color. The fact is that she used brown hair color, and I did not want brown hair. She attempted to remove the color and sent me off with her assistant to dry my hair. The color turned red/brown and brassy then. I had to ask the assistant to get Veronica and tell her I was still very unhappy with my hair color. Next she used highlights and low lights to try to correct the color. I was there a total of 4 hours. I paid $130 for a color I hated, a so-so hair cut, and left very unhappy. She did apologize to me (before sending me off to pay). Veronica was very professional and tried to fix the color, but if she had told me in the first place she was going to use brown hair color or even show me the dark color swatch, I would never have agreed to it, and it would not have happened.

Janet, when you called the salon on Saturday morning, Kaycee (one of the guest cooridinators) had told you that I had a cancellation and I only had one hour open. You went on and told her how short your hair was and that you only wanted a single color and cut and you did not mind who cut your hair as long as it was a good recomondation from Veronica. Kaycee also told me that you said you had some bad experiences at other places and would really like to see me(Veronica). You came in and we had a very rushed consultation with eachother given that we only had one hour. You had light gray outgrowth, a brassy band in the middle and blonde ends. You had told me that your color fades too light in just a few days after having service done at other places and you do not want to be brassy any more from the existing highlights. I explaned to you that if you highlighted your hair beyond the brassy tones and then toned it with a toner that you would not be brassy and you would love your highlights. You then told me that you do not want to do highlights anymore and only wanted a single color. We then agreed on a picture of a golden BROWN that we where trying to achieve with a single process color.I formulated your color with everthing I learned from the colsultation. No brassy tones, fades too light too fast, light gray outgrowth, brassy bands, and blonde ends. The result of your color did come out 1 to 1.5 shades too dark, it was not brassy at all but it was a shade lower than we where trying to achieve. I tried explaining to you that it will fade very fast. You even told me that your color always fades too light, too fast. If you would of given it a few washes, a week max, it would have came out perfect. You were very unhappy at this time saying "its to dark, what are you going to do about it?", so I ran late for my next guests, we weaved you into the schedule for a full foil single process and conditioning treatments that we did not even charge you for. Yes, you were here for a while, we did charge you the initial price you signed on the waiver of $80 for the single color and $55 for the cut, but given we squeezed you in last minute on a Saturday, you got a free full foil single process, and you left happy with a beautiful highlight, complimentary (a $155 value). The hair cut we decided on was a trim to grow out into a bob. This so/so process would not be considered a spectacular cut until we achieved the shape that our goal was for your hair ( to grow it out ). I dont think we deserved the review left.
