Lesley and Andy were the absolute best to work with. I was in the middle of searching for my first house when I was sent on an extended work assignment to Canada. They were wonderful about making time in their schedules to show me homes when I was back in Atlanta. With their help, I was able to find the perfect first home that had everything I wanted and more. The closing process was not the norm as the home was a foreclosure. When things got rocky and uncertain
they never gave up hope or sight of the prize. They were constantly in contact with me, making sure I was in the loop with any and all developments. They kept everyone in the process (the lender, the seller and the closing attorney) all on the same page and working towards the same goal. Their patience, knowledge and support were invaluable to me during this experience. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home.

After our daughter was born, we realized that our home just didn’t have the space we needed. Our past experiences with real estate agents were less than stellar, so we decided we would only use an agent that a friend or family member recommended. Lesley and Andy came highly touted from my sister and her husband, who had bought a home through the Peters last year. After our first meeting with Andy and Lesley, we were confident that they could get us where we wanted to be. Within 60 days of listing with them, we had a firm contract on our old home, at a price that we were more than comfortable with. Shortly thereafter, Lesley and Andy negotiated a fantastic price on a beautiful new construction home for us- at more than $200,000 below the appraisal value! Throughout the entire process, the Peters were professional, understanding, extremely knowledgeable of the current market and, most importantly, determined to get the result WE were looking for. Any question or concern we voiced was responded to within minutes. They were always available, regardless the time of day. We have nothing but praise for the work and effort they put into helping us. I would recommend the Peters to my grandmother if she were looking to list her home- I have that much trust and confidence in Andy and Lesley. Thanks to you both for everything!

Besides being the best realtors we’ve ever dealt with, Andy and Lesley are truly great people all around. They sold our 2 bed/1 bath home in under 60 days and helped us get a new house at 75% of appraised value in three weeks from start to finish!!! They always responded to our emails and calls within minutes any time of the day/night. They are very thorough and organized and went well above our expectations. We had a great time working with the Peters. They will definitely be our real estate agents and friends for life.

A friend of a friend referred me to the Peters Company. This was my first home purchase and it was a very confusing and long process. Andy and Lesley explained the process to me in a face to face meeting at their office on their time. They gave me a binder with all the information I would need laid out step by step. They are up front about everything which gives you a clear Idea of what to expect going in.
Andy and I probably looked at around 25 homes before I found the one that I wanted. He would always let me know his personal opinion about the properties we looked at especially if there was something about it he did not like. He will not just be all positive to try to get a quick sale. Lesley was always behind the scenes sending me email reminders about what needed to be done next. They are a great team I would use them again, and I would recommend them to anyone. I now have a great home in a great location that fits all my needs perfectly. Thanks Lesley and Andy!

We found the Peters company on the internet and left a message on their website saying that we were interested in looking for our first home. Within the hour Andy had called and set up our first face to face appointment. This really impressed us since it was late on a Sunday. This level of service continued throughout the hunt. Any time my wife or I had a question Andy or Lesley were either right on the other end of the phone or got quickly back to us by phone, fax, or email as needed. There were a few times we were on the phone at 10 or 11 PM, we also met a few times after hours or on the weekends at their offices. My wife and I work opposite schedules, so Andy and I went out and looked, found some promising places and then went back out with the wife. Throughout the whole experience (which included a truly cursed closing in which NOTHING went right) Andy and Lesley were right there going out of their way to make sure things were proceeding as they should. They were both very knowledgeable and approachable which was very important to us, we didn't make it easy either, we changed our minds a few times. We also used the VA loan guarantee program- Andy and Lesley jumped every hurdle that popped up with grace and kept us in the loop the whole time. We really appreciate all of their hard work and will definitely refer them to all who need a truly excellent team of realtors.

There were so many positive reviews about Andy and Lesley--my husband and I were initially skeptical. However, after meeting with several realtors, we felt very good about choosing the Peters to help us with the sale of our home. Our decision paid off: Andy and Lesley were in touch frequently and were prompt in responding to our emails/calls. Their marketing strategies were well thought out, and when we had questions or suggestions, the Peters were informative and accommodating. Finally, Andy and Lesley were not only pleasant and easy to work with, but they got the job done, and they dealt with the sale of our home both professionally and ethically. Highly recommended!

Andy and Lesley went over and above their call of duty in helping us find our first home! As indecisive as we were, Andy and Lesley were always patient and reassuring. They are extremely knowledgeable, HONEST, and trustworthy. They were very thorough in explaining everything from day one all the way to closing. Lesley and Andy are amazing! They sold my Atlanta townhome while I was in Seattle; Went above and beyond to take care of the things I couldn't due to distance. Lesley calmed me when I worried, shielded me from the little things and gently reminded me when I forgot things. They strongly believe in doing the right thing in every situation and it shows! I have complete confidence in them and highly recommend them!
