my wife's 2002 745Li was basically given a death sentence (for our pockets) by a local dealershipbut Black Forest saved our lives and pockets. Unmatched professionalism, courteous staff, and just plain quality service all the way around! We will forever be grateful and always return for routine services and major repairs. SIMPLY AMAZING!

The auto service & customer service of the entire staff are impeccable. I would not take my vehicles to anyone else. I highly recommend them to others. Rick, Tommy, & Jeff are the BEST!

The people here are not only knowledgeable, but a pleasure to do business with. They provide quality service at reasonable prices, and even washed and cleaned my car at no charge! Gotta love it.

We used the guys at Blackforest to inspect our BMW prior to buying it. They were very professional and fould more than I would have ever thought of. They were very straight forward with the potential of short term or long term failure, etc. They do not guarantee the car after there review but just give an honest appraisal of the car.

We bought the car and it has run great and it was worth the money to get the pre-purchase inspection.

Additionally, we have taken the car to them to get some things repaired and they have been just as professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

We moved from NY to GA last year and have tried a couple of shops before we went to Black Forest. Rick, Tommy and Jeff are top notch guys and are A++ technicians. They're the only ones I'll let touch my car. Their prices and services are the best.

Rick and his crew have always taken care of us, and been uber supportive when we needed that extra special thing.. Tommy that runs the show when Rick is fishing is super, Jeff really knows his stuff and has fixed many small things on our old cars as a matter of course.
Charles that does the car detailing is fantastic.

The service is great, and I got my car back within a day or two. The staff is very friendly and answered all my questions. They are located off of Hwy 78 in Snellville, GA. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for great service. This is great auto service.
