Good selection, but don't get sucked in. They are kings of the bait and switch. They will promise a 6 week delivery time (if not sooner), then tell you after purchase that it will be 8 weeks. It still won't arrive. And..you might not be able to cancel the order even if they do not deliver on time. They have no clue on how to provide customer service and act like it's an inconvenience if you call to check on your order. Try their sister store in Kennesaw (much friendlier) and a heck of a lot more reliable. Would never buy from these guys again.

Friends recommended this store and we loved it. We bought our child's nursery furniture, accessories and carseat and stroller there. Great prices, and great quality. The sales people were very nice and very knowledgeable. Not pushy at all. A family, I think. Good, old fashioned service.

We shopped all over the city for our baby's nursery furniture. This was the best place, by far. The sales people were very friendly and knowledgeable, the products were great quality and reasonably priced. A very nice atmosphere to shop. Old school, great customer service. They do what they say they will do. Check on order, no voice messages, actually call back. Great experience!!!

We spent thousands of dollars for our baby furniture (top of the line) and were told it would take 8-10 wks than to find out it would take almost 6 months. They never disclose the negative aspect of this vendor and the possibility of this happening. The mother, one of the owners, was willing to compensate for this inconvenience but the son, Jeffery was extremely rude. He appears to be confused on who the customer is and who the seller is. He needs to attend anger management class. Sheryl, the mother, did work diligently to get us our furniture sooner (still 2 months later than promised) but as a store owner, you are responsible for your vendors and if they are this difficult to deal with, than they should not represent them in their store. Although we ended up getting a good deal for our entire set, Jeffery (the son) took it one more step further and called me up expressing my ungrateful attitude for all they have done for me and how rude I have been in this entire process. Please keep in mind, I'm 9 months pregnant and have passed this to my husband to deal with this situation 2 months ago. I've been completely out of the loop. Bottom line, don't expect a good deal. Do expect bad return policy and extremely rude service.

I like many new parents was excited to find a store that “specialized” in baby furniture. I ended up purchasing a high end crib from this store. After being told it would take 4-6 weeks for my furniture to come in, I was subsequently told it would be 10-12. The furniture is priced at a premium at this store and you can find comparable furniture for much less. (shop around for Best Chairs, you will find much better prices than at this store) I found the sales people to be less than helpful after I made my purchase. They also did not point out a big flaw in the design of the crib I purchased. They were quick to point out positives, but not negatives to help new parents make the right decision. Lastly, beware of their return policy, it is not in the best interest of the customer.

Worst and most disrespectful customer service I've ever seen. Saw sales people assault a buyer who had already (conveniently) spent thousands in the store and the sales person made a racial comment to the customer. I do NOT recommend anyone give this place any additional business. I would never spend a penny in that store. Horrible return/exchange policy.

We shopped at various places for our son's nursery furniture. We found The Baby's Room in East Cobb to have the highest quality furniture. They weren't the cheapest in town, but we didn't want a cheap crib either. We bought an entire room from them including a Pali crib, a changing station, a bureau, a dresser with hutch and a nightstand. The salespeople in the store were professional and courteous. They answered all of our questions. The furniture was delivered 5 months after ordering. The installer was professional and did an awesome job. Best place to buy kid's furniture in Atlanta!!
