Triumphant Pest Control

For years, I had pest control service from another, major company. I grew increasingly dissatisified with their results. They had switched to "exterior only" treatment and it wasn't working. I complained, but they didn't really resolve the issue -- I continued to see bugs from time to time. I called this company -- they are EXCELLENT. They treat the entire house, inside and out. Polite, thorough, professional. And NO MORE BUGS!!! They are excellent.

These guys are the best for quality, service and price. Hands down.

I use them for all my pest control needs, whether it's termite protection or a sudden appearance of little beasties. James and his crew are top notch.

Triumphant immediately sent a young man to kill the yellow jackets in my back yard. He stuck with it until he was confident they were dead, but said I should feel free to call again if I had any concerns. What a relief!

If I ever need pest control again, I will definitely call Triumphant! I called a large pest control company, and was pressured and quoted a huge price and package for exterminating fleas at my daughter's house. James, with Triumphant was very reasonable in price, and he even told me which chemical I could get if I wanted to try to do the job myself. Trevor, the young man that James sent to my daughter's house was very nice, and even gracious about having to wait for us to meet him there. The flea infestation was so bad, that James was going to come back himself, but was out of town, and when I told him that we needed to do something right away, he sent Trevor back within an hour. He treated the entire house again at no extra charge.

I have known the owner of Triumphant Pest Control for over 10 years and have always found him to be extremely honest and dependable. His company is no different! If you live in or around Hall County you need to call Triumphant!

We are on our second home, now, that Triumphant has serviced. They are honest, punctual and do a great job. A quick example: We found hundreds of small dead bugs lying on the floor in our home near the fireplace. With my limited knowledge of insects, they looked a lot like termites and I panicked. We called a local "termite specialist" pest company to come out and look at it. After ten minutes, the technician proclaimed that they were, indeed, termites and recommended we have them treat immediately, at a cost of $2800. For that amount of money, I wanted a second opinion and called another company. They told me the same thing. Coincidentally, a friend told me about Triumphant and suggested I call them, which I did. When they showed up, they looked at the insect and immediately said it was not a termite. He then offered to take one of the bugs to UGA and have it analyzed, and did. Long story short, they saved me a couple of thousand dollars with their honesty!

Excellent, quick response, honest, service. James came out and checked the interior and exterior and made some suggestions. We had swarms of bees coming up out of the ground near our front door. Not any more!!! After just one service, our problem was resolved and greatly appreciated! Thanks for your integrity and incredible knowledge of your industry.

I had them come out and told them my problem. They checked the inside and outside and came in about 15 min. later and said they would treat the problem but showed me some problem areas outside that needed to be addressed so the problem just wouldn't keep coming back. I was able to do it that weekend and then they came back and did it the way it needed to be done. Most co's would have just done it and took my money!! THANKS!!!

Triumphant Pest Control really puts service first. When you get to know the guys at Triumphant, you have more than a "bug man", you have a friend in the pest control business. Excellent professional and caring service.
