They came out on Sunday!

My air conditioning system went out on a very hot Sunday in July. They arrived quickly and fixed the problem. The charge was reasonable and the tecnician was professional and cordial. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I got ripped off

They told me nothing how much estimate cost after they gave me a bill for $182.00 for 45 mins. Avoid them like it's a plague.

We are sorry for the misunderstanding. Since I don't know who he is I cannot check the circumstances. If someone calls in and says they already know they need a new air conditioner, then we send out an installation engineer to give a free estimate. If someone calls in and says their air conditioner does not work, we send a NATE certified experienced technician in a fully stocked and equipped service truck out to trouble shoot the problem. Yes, we are professionals and charge for this service . Forty-five minutes to get to the air conditioner and diagnose a problem is very reasonable. It is no secret that this is how we make our living. Doctors charge fees. Accountants charge fees. Lawyers charge fees. Shhh. The secret is out that air conditioning contractors charge fees too. If the technician determines a new air conditioner is needed, in most cases we send an installation engineer, for free, to determine the best remedy that same day or the next at the latest. We provide these services seven days a week. All that said the owner takes calls from anyone. So if someone has a complaint about a bill, call the owner. He will work something out.
