I have nothing but positive things to say about these folks, great customer service, big selection and pricing was competitive. Our rep was very professional, I have already referred some of my neighbors to them who are interested in updating their outside storm shutters.

My husband and I sought 4 blind professionals and for the same 38 windows faux blinds we ask of the other places Karen was next to the least expensive. The reason we went with Expert is because Karen was very nice, knowledgeable, and had the best package overall(including warranty).They are best in our book! (Installed July 2008)

We used Expert Blinds and Shutters for blinds for our entire house. Karen came out on our schedule and handed us a quote at the end of our consultation. The 2 gentlemen who came to do the installation were prompt, polite and quick. They also took care not to damage anything. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for window treatments.

We used Expert for blinds for our entire house (28 windows) and I couldn't be happier. They came out and gave us a free estimate, (10% off for using Kudzu) and installed them a week later. I am really pleased with the quality so far and I will definitely use them again if we finish our basement!

We just had Expert install 27 faux wood blinds. Taff was very friendly and fast. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We recently moved into a new home and had custom shades, treatments and shutters installed by Expert Blinds. I am so happy we chose Expert over other vendors. This is our first “new” home and I didn’t realize what all went into buying a new home. I’m so thankful that I found Karen. Not only did she offer the best ideas, she actually went out of her way and provided completely personalized service. She actually “listened” to what I wanted and advised me accordingly. I felt absolutely no pressure to purchase and appreciated her courteous follow ups while finalizing my colors. The end results have been spectacular. I am thrilled with the look of my new

We got our windows blinds from Expert Blinds, Shutters and Drapes, Inc. Our sales rep Karen visited our house in the evening (after our office hours) which was very convinient for us. She displayed us different products and she gave us some very good suggestions. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. After placing the order with them, eventhough it being holidays season the blinds were installed on promised date and time. The installer were very professional. They did their job nicely. As our house is new, they took all precautions to make sure nothing gets dirty or no damage is done. They were very friendly too. One great thing about Expert Blinds, they accept all sort of payment methods and they even have 0% financing option. Eventhough we did not opt for 0% finance, we were impressed with it. Overall we were very pleased with the experience we had with them. We would certainly recommend them to all our friends and relatives.
