Professional Perfection
My fiancé and I were in the process of purchasing our first house when we called Jerry for an inspection. He was punctual and completely thorough during the inspection of our house. Jerry was very patient and informative; making our experience much more comfortable than expected. I will recommend his services in the future.

Wish I Could Give Them 6 Stars!!
Just like all the other people who have reviewed Jerry here on Kudzu, we had a wonderful experience. Jerry is thorough and professional and he does a great inspection. We hired Jerry to do an inspection for us but our contract fell through because of the seller’s unwillingness to negotiate on some items found during the inspection. We are about to put a contract on another house. We will definitely have Jerry do the next inspection for us.

Hire This Inspector
Of all the inspectors I talked to Jerry was the most professional. I am a first time home buyer and I hired him to inspect my home. He was thorough, courteous and spent time to explain the issues to me. I wish there were more business people out there like Jerry.

Highly Recommended and Honest
I chose Jerry because he came highly recommended, has great reviews and has a very favorable rating with the Better Business Bureau. After hiring Jerry I realized that he is very professional, knowledgeable and deserving of his ratings. He performed a thorough inspection of the home I purchased and made me feel very comfortable with the process. I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU HIRE JERRY TO PERFORM YOUR HOME INSPECTION.

First Time Home Buyers Should Hire This Inspector
I am a first time home buyer and Jerry with Marietta Inspection Services did a fantastic job of inspecting my home and explaining everything to me. He was very polite and the inspection was very informative. I am going to hire Jerry to do an energy audit once I get settled into my home.

Great, trustworthy, reliable service
Jerry did a great job inspecting our future home. Our inspection was performed in a timely manner. He communicated with us and our real estate agent throughout the entire process. He was thorough in his inspection. The report was easy to read and understand and included photos. He also conducted a radon inspection for us as well. He did a great job and at a very reasonable price. We highly recommend Jerry and Marietta Inspection Services.
