I made arrangements for Lisa to recover a piece of furniture that my cats had shredded. She came to my house to pick up the furniture and got very nasty because she said that the furniture had been urinated on (it hadn't been). She has every right to refuse to do a job, but her conduct was unprofessional. If the items had been in perfect condition, I wouldn't have needed them to be redone.

I recently had some major pieces of furniture re-upholstered Lisa's service has been amazing and exceptional. I love the results and the way she handled the job. She aims to please and delivered earlier than expected. She also worked around our schedule. I am a customer for life. It is so refreshing to receive this type of service. I used Encore Decor to recover a rocking chair. Lisa did an excellent job and was very responsive in all communication (email, phone, etc). She completed the job in less than a week and went above and beyond to make sure the chair was comfortable and secure. Her prices were very fair as well. I would highly recommend her services.

My first encounter with Lisa was a repair to the door of my dog's soft sided crate.Not something she had done before, but after a few Emails, she said "Bring it over and I'll take a look." After she put it back in working condition, I got her to recover the seat cushions of my sofa in the same sturdy dog proof fabric. My show dog earned all the titles we were going for and the crate has been retired, but the sofa is still going strong and looking fine. Lisa is willing to tackle more creative and "off the wall" projects and do them well.

I am very satisfied with my choice to use Lisa to fashion window treatments. Lisa is clearly a perfectionist and desires that her customers are pleased with the finished product. Wow what difference a new set of drapes made to my diningroom. Lisa helped me chose the correct fabric and style to make the most impact. My husband and I love the way the new drapes look. Thanks a bunch Lisa!

I found Lisa/Encore Decor via Kudzu and have been very pleased with her work. She is easy to reach, has fast turn-around on quotes, asks questions I don't think to cover, and has done an outstanding job on my window treatments. I have recommended her to my friends, and will continue to use her for future projects.

Here I am again to rave about the fantastic job Lisa did making my draperies. Lisa made the Morehead draperies for my bedroom and I couldn't be more satisfied. Once she had the draperies up, I couldn't believe what a difference it made. The entire setting and tone of my bedroom had a personality of its own. I love showing the room off and can't wait to begin the next room makeover.

I recently used Encore Décor and had a great experience. I had some chairs that were falling apart underneath that needed repair. I brought them over Monday evening and asked if I could get them back by Friday, since we were expecting company over the weekend. She completed them by Thursday and did an excellent job. I would definitely work with her in the future.
