All American Construction

AAC built a basement and a second floor addition to our home, in a relatively small lot in the city of Atlanta. They performed spectaculary. They kept a managable schedule and were very receptive to any issues that did arise. AAC made what could have been a painful renovation/addition a simple one. The entire team at All American Construction does a great job of keeping
me in the loop on my projects without me having to track them down, or
make numerous requests. This is invaluable to me as I am in Dallas,
Texas and they are doing projects for us in Georgia.

I have also found that everyone takes great lengths to insure that my
projects are done correctly and on time. They take their work
personally and that means more to me than they can ever know!

I can count on the entire staff at All American to keep me in the loop on my projects, without having to track them down and make multiple requests. This is in-valuable to me as I office in Dallas, Texas and the jobs they do for us are in Georgia!

In addition, the All American team is very dedicated to getting the job done right and on time. They take it personnaly. And I appreciate thier efforts more than they can possibly know!

I hired All American to add 1000 sf to my house--2nd story and 2 room additions. Mike and Don bring a richness to their company--excellent design, know-how and supervision. Above all they are honest and trustworthy. It can be scary trying to find someone reputable, but these guys are fantastic. Being a single woman, that is exactly what I needed. Am now adding a front porch!

All American Construction is a fantastic construction company. They are knowledgeable, professional, and timely. They came into my project and turned a failing new construction project into a success. They were not cheap, but they did everything they said they would do at the price they said they would do it and in the timeframe they said it would take. What really sets All American apart from others in the industry is accountability. Mike and Don both take full ownership of their work. They stand behind the work they do and will not walk away from an agreement. I strongly recommend All American Construction.

We used AAC to build an outdoor kitchen on top of our detached garage as well as address numerous carpentry items around the house. Don and Mike are incredibly helpful, creative and most of all, treat the job as if it were their home. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

If your a homeowner who wants to remodel or do an addition to your home, you will not find better people to work with. From designing, to pulling permits, to the actual second story addition, they walked us through and educated us on all the ins and outs.
My brother is a Contractor from Colorado and when he visited for Christmas he was not only impressed by the work done but was shocked by the price it was done for.

We have used this top drawer company for the past two years on numerous occassions including a basement remodel, and total first class renovation of a traditional 1920 house. I have complete trust in Mike Sircy and Don Rowland. I can attest to their high ethical standards,superior knowledge of all phases of construction and knowledge of building codes. They are the best.
