Gena - cannot be beaten for service and value for money. From day one she helped us stage the house, advise on the upgrades-she even went to Home Depot and Lowe's to check things out for us. I had my house on the market for four months with a discount agent and got what amounted to discount service. Gena was one of the agents that showed my property during this period and I was impressed with the way she handled the showing. When my listing expired I hired Gena and it was the best move I could have made. I had an offer within a month for almost 99% of the original asking price. Gena's commission was less than the discount agent but her level of service was better than any full price agent I've ever worked with. I would recommend Gena to anybody.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Gena Beach. Even in this slow housing market, we had a contract on our home in just 3 weeks. This was due to Gena’s knowledge of the market, as well as her business savvy and negotiating skills. It’s very important to have confidence in your realtors’ suggestions and advice; and we absolutely did. Gena guided us through the entire selling process in a professional, confident manner, and the suggestions she gave us about how to stage our home for selling, were right on target. Her marketing skills are stellar, as is her website. She took the time to have beautiful pictures taken of our home by a professional photographer, and she placed them on her website, as well as all pertinent websites; i.e. realtor.com.

Although Gena is a “discount” realtor, we definitely received “more than full price” service. She went above and beyond many, many times. I highly recommend her.
