Yvonne was great! I just had a baby and was a bit paranoid about the condition of my sofas and putting my baby on them so I called Yvonne. She really did a great job. And she's very knowledgeable when it comes to her business. Which is great since I've dealt w/ people before who just do their job but have no idea what they're talking about or why they're doing it. Not the case with Yvonne! My sofas look great and now I'm not worried about laying my baby on them. There's still some dog hair visible but not that layer of 5 years worth that just sticks to all of your clothes! PS Yvonne, my dog jumped on the sofa the minute you left! She's not too happy about the new sofa rules around here!! :o)

1st time and NOT the last time
Just found Kudzu for the first time. I want to read what the average person has to say for services rendered and have had great success on Travel Advisor so I gave it a shot. I was very impressed with Yvonne and her work. She is definitely worth 5 stars. She made miracles happen on my carpet. She is a professional and follows up immediately. I am happy to know that I don't have to use another carpet service in the future for my needs because she met all and more of my expections.

The work done by Yvonne was of very high quality. It was indeed a pleasant experience to have a knowledgeable female in the carpet cleaning business. Her attention to details, recommendations, and follow-up correspondence made us feel like she truly valued our business, and we will definitely recommend her to others and use her services again.

Awesome Job
They did a terrific job on the stains in the carpet and was very helpful with tips to keep the carpet looking nice. They were very professional and I will definitely use this company in the future.

Professional and Dependable
Yvonne was very helpful in educating us about how to treat pet odors. She came on time and provided a great cleaning and made my wife feel comfortable. The house smells and looks great. We will use them again.

Best in Town
The service was great and very professional. They worked with us to give us a great special and were flexible with our schedule. They were able to schedule our cleaning the same week we called. This was very important since we are expecting our second child within a few weeks. The quality of the cleaning was superb and the carpets look brand new. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

A MIRACLE HAPPENED AT MY HOUSE
I would not have believed it if I didn't see it with my own eyes. I have a cat a dog and THREE kids. My carpets were a mess. There was pee from the cat and the dog and all kinds of dirt the kids drag in. I tried cleaning it with over the counter products and they always came back through, the smell and stains. I called Yvonne and she did a fantastic job. Carpets are like new again. Oh, and she clean the carpets and seats in my husbands car, that was a last minute request. She did it with no complaints and got out all the stains in his seat from his lunch box! I will definately use her again. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! You are a miracle worker!

outstanding
i called immaculate for upholstry cleaning based soley on the reviews in kudzu. the reviews were impressive, right on the money and, i can now say from first hand experience, highly deserved! i contacted Yvonne with short lead time (2days) to do a couch, loveseat and recliner that were at least 4 yrs old, that had never been cleaned before. i also have 3 dogs (supposedly light shedders) who have claimed the couch and loveseat as their own, needless to say heavy pet hair. Yvonne not only was able to accommodate my schedule on short notice she even managed to come early. she did a magnificent job. thankyou Yvonne for your diligence, we both know that was a tough job ;) it was a real pleasure meeting you and i will definitely use your company again for other services in the very near future and recommend you highly to friends and neighbors.

Great Customer Service
It was moving day and we apparently had a miscommunication in getting someone here BEFORE the furniture to stretch the carpet. I called Yvonne, and she was able to juggle things, and take care of us! The technician was efficient and professional, and the work was top quality. In fact, now I want them to come back and clean once we get settled.
