This is a fine company owned by a truly knowledgeable guy named Bill. He and his wife are a remarkable customer service team. He is great at installing, servicing and handling problems with satellite dishes, televisions and computers. We are very pleased with the equipment he has installed for us, and the follow-up he is always ready to give. I would recommend this company to anyone; Bill is a ray of sunshine on a rainy day any time you call upon him for advice or service. He is prompt to respond to messages left on voice mail and is prompt in his service calls. We are happy to be his customers!

We were looking to save some money and to switch from comcast. We got hooked up quick and easy. Bill came out the next day after I called Rocket Science and set us up very quickly with dish. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything. We are very happy with the service he provided.

Bill from Rocket Science Electronics really impressed me. He offered same day service for Dish Network and had me up and running in under 3 hours from the time I called him. He took the time to explain how it all worked and gave me his cell number to call if I had any questions. Highly recommended.

We called Rocket Science to correct what a previous satellite installer had done. They were prompt, polite and VERY helpful. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service.

I use Rocket Science for my TV service through Dish Network, but have really come to know them personally. They have a lot to offer and are very knowledgeable about everything they sell. So if you need just about anything electronic give them a call now!

Great customer service still exists! Bill is AWESOME! He is very knowledgeable and really works hard to earn your business. We could have gone with Direct TV like everyone else in our neighborhood, but Bill's desire to earn our business made us stay with him. He went above and beyond what was expected and stayed in contact daily until we had our installation. I highly recommend him and will refer others to his service. We are extremely satisfied! This is my first review on Kudzu and it is because I hope others find Bill's business.
