Customer Service Is Missing
As a new mom I need help. This store doesn't provide such help. Finding things can be difficult and no one seems to be able to help me when I'm trying to locate something. I get better service at Walmart.

Loathe this place
I detest this Babies R Us. Recently, I went to a shower and three of us purchased the same item from the registry. We all purchased them from this store - we all purchased the correct item (the correct SKU #) and we all told the cashier it was from the registry.
Often, the check out clerks are careless and just throw your items in a bag any which way
I really really really detest this place and will no longer go unless there is absolutely no other option

The park lots are wide and easy to park. The store is clean.
One time one of friends gave me a gift card of babyrus. I went there and find out the store is so well orginized and shopping there is a pleasure. My wife and my daughter actually went together with me. They loved it.
The price there is reasonable and the quality is good. You can always find something in the store for the baby. The customer service is friendly.
Also one time I bought a baby clothes for my friend there. Actually I didn't knew the baby is girl or a boy. So I asked for a suggestion from one of people work there. They gave me a lot of suggestions and eventually I bought a toy.
I will recommend this store to you.

Babies are us really is a super store! I registered here for my daughter and it was so easy we could even add to our registry online. They have everything for a baby you can think of. Prices are good too!
