I'll never go anywhere else!
Marie know what she's doing! Not only that, she gave me tips and showed me how to style my hair. It's the best highlights I've ever had in my life! She has a lifetime client now!

DON'T SETTLE FOR SECONDS - SEE MARIE
Marie is an incredible stylist. I finally found someone that I will continue to use for years to come. With a great personality and the ability to visualize what looks good on each individual, she definitely deserves to be recognized as the “Best Stylist in Duluth, Georgia”.

Wonderful and experienced stylist
Marie gave me the best haircut I've had in many years, if not my whole life. She took the time to know my hair and cut it in the most flattering way. Not only that, but she was great to talk to.

I have found my new stylist.
I have been trying to find a new stylist, since the lady I had went to for 10 years moved out of town. I had my hair cut two weeks ago, at a well named salon. It was the worst hair cut I had in a long time. I went to Marie because of all the great reviews on Kudzu, and was not disappointed. She fixed my hair just like I wanted. I have found my new stylist.

Great Job
Having never been here before of course I was nervous. You never know what is going to happen when you switch stylist. I have all positive to say about Innovative Hair Design from the minute they greeted me. I'll be back for sure.

Best Cut a Yankee Can Find
After 16 years of living in Georgia I finally found someone who could cut curly hair. She is very professional and is a caring person. She takes her time and makes sure that you will be able to fix your hair yourself after you leave.

Awesome!! Japanese Straightening!!
I have naturally curly, coarse, frizzy hair that I really hate. I went to Marie to have Japanese Straightening done after reading her reviews on Kudzu.com - she deserves all the glowing reviews. She did a fantastic job! She recommended a consulation first so she could see my hair texture and what chemicals I had in it (highlights that no one could see due to the frizz). I went in for the straightening treatment the following week. I was really scared that all my hair would break and fall out after the treatment (I've had that happen before), but Marie worked very carefully with my hair, putting in the straightener and alternating it with a different product for the highlighted areas (so they wouldn't fry). She explained every step along the way and basically "held my hand" to reassure me all through it. She even took the extra time to wash out the back (the first part treated) a few minutes before the front/top so it wouldn't over process! When she cut my hair, we realized it was about 2 inches longer on one side than the other because of a bad haircut from the last person who worked on it (I wondered why I always looked lopsided!). Marie evened everything out, gave me a great cut, showed me how to style my now-straight hair, and it looks Fabulous! You can even see the "invisible" highlights that I paid so much for at the other "bad haircut" salon. I love my shiny, silky, straight hair now! Go to Marie, she'll take great care of you!

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS EXPERIENCE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Turning 55 tomorrow - had same hairstyle for 35 yrs. Marie changed my life tonight!! Cut my long, straight hair in a short "Lorri Morgan style" !! Wonderful PRIVATE atmosphere - Marie is so kind & friendly - NOT INTIMIDATING like my previous experiences. Seriously, this was Life-Changing for me, NOT JUST A HAIRCUT !!!!! (Excellent Prices also !!) Thank you Marie !!!

The best hair experience I have ever had
I got a haircut 2 weeks before I found Marie Venter.I was not happy at all and after reading all of her reviews I decided to get another cut. Immediately I felt like I have always known her and trusted her completely.She was able to see me the same day that I called her and for that I am grateful. I got highlights and a cut, w/the cut I let her decided exactly how short and what style it should be.I am glad I did. I left her salon that day feeling like a new woman, I felt like I had just had a makeover. I have never been so excited after a hair appt. I was so happy I could have kissed her, lol. I have received so many compliments on my hair, which has never happened to me. She is truly and artist and I will never go any where else! Thank you again Marie.

She "knows" my hair!
What an experience! Marie took 2 very thorough hours with my many of first visits with her! I was so thrilled with how long she took with my cut and she got to "know" my hair! I told her the real test is how it all lays and styles the next day when I do it myself and it still looks great! Very easy to style now that I have found someone that can cut around and with all my calicks and wave. The color is also beautiful. (Although, my husband was quick to tell me that he does not like the color but that the cut was "OK." Can't please everyone!) Everyone else raves on about how natural the red looks in my hair and I have gotten several compliments on the whole new me! Thanks Marie and I WILL be back!
