Contracted for design services and implementation. The design was a perfect mix of simplicity and beauty. The installation was professional and clean. At the end of the job I felt that I had gotten more than I expected.

I have now worked w/ OLG twice and have been extremely happy each time!! Design work is beautiful and well thought out for conditions/area for each space! From pool, fire pit, garden, patio..everything was beautifully executed!! We will hire again and can't wait to design our new outdoor kitchen area w/ them! Very professional crew - neat, clean, friendly, conscientious
Will continue to use them for many years to come!!

We engaged Outside Landscpe Group for some major renovations to our landscaping. Rick worked closely with us in developing the desired look and structure of the work and then his crew executed the plan flawlessly and quickly. The quality of the installation was outstanding and the clean-up of the site after the work was finished was fantastic. Can't recommend them highly enough.

We had a typical builder grade deck and backyard. Rick's design and his teams execution were tremedous. We didn't have a large budget and Rick made the most of it with creative solutions. His subcontractors were a pleasure to deal with from decking, painting to irrigation. Our stone fire pit on our tiered patio is a true center peice that gets rave reviews from everyone we entertain. We gained so much liveable family space.

At first we were just seeking to replace the grass in our backyard. Without any sales pressure Rick recommend a plan for what our backyard could really look like. We quickly fell in love with the idea of a putting green, fire pit and the beautiful landscape plantings. You will find great passion and vision when working with Rick, his creativity, knowledge and recommendations made the process a pleasure. His team was always friendly, hard working, and they too cared about the project, even when we asked for several extra things they just made them happen. I would highly recommend Outside Landscape Group and plan to use them again for our front yard and our lake house needs as well.

We have just completed our third project with Outside Landscape Group and could not be any happier with the outcome! Several years ago Outside landscaped our entire front yard and to this day it is absolutely gorgeous. Our second project involved a large slope that Outside designed an unique feature that to this day draws conversation. Even with a drainage issue following a heavy rain, we contacted Outside and they were there the next day to correct the problem. They were very responsive to correct the issue and we have not had any drainage issues since. Our latest project, extensive lighting, has turned out fabulous and now we wonder why we waited so long! Rick and his staff has such a keen eye for design and detail that we keep coming back. From the owners, office staff and gound crew, they take the time to do things right. I'm sure we will have another project for them next year and we can't wait to see their outstanding work once again!

We spent a substantial sum with Rick and his firm in landscaping our North Fulton home. We had several quotes (many were much lower cost) from other contractors but chose Rick due to his stated commitment to quality, warranty, and follow-though.

Although his initial landscape work was very aesthetically pleasing, we had several quality problems with the subcontractors he had hired. After work was completed, we discovered several problems that he reviewed and, in all cases, blew them off as being non-issues. This included plants visibly dying, seeping water, and wet spots throughout the areas intended to have drainage improved.

His follow-through on several bothersome warranty issues has been non-existent. On one occasion, he blew off meeting with us at our home-- only to drive past him 30 minutes later standing with a drink in his hand in front of 'Pure'. We tried calling him immediately and he wouldn't take our call. My husband nearly confronted him there on the spot.

Ultimately, we hired another contractor to fix the irrigation and drainage problems rather than continue to try and force Rick to follow-through. Worse, we have had several neighbors tell us that they too have had the same issues with Outside Landscape Group.

Carefully read the recommendations below with a skeptical eye. Pay attention to the number of postings, language used, and posting frequency of those making recommendations. Buyer beware.

Rick’s price was competitive, but it was how he presented himself and his company that made me choose him. He has a portfolio of lovely photos of completed work, and his website, including impressive testimonials, is top-notch, showing before-and-after photos and details of his outstanding work.

For me, Rick overlaid an existing concrete patio with gray crab orchard stone and created an extension of it, complying with my request to select stones with as much color variety as possible. To do that, in addition to the pallets he purchased, he used darker stones from his own inventory.

I cannot say enough good things about Rick’s crew. Foreman Osmin and workers Jose and Alfredo were prompt, worked very hard, smiled a lot, and were personable and professional. I am pleased to have photographically documented almost every step of the process because it shows perfectionists at work. Toward the end, every time I thought the job was over, I found them performing yet another step to make the finished patio as beautiful as it could be. Also, before they left after the first day and upon completion, they cleaned up the back yard very well. They deserve to be proud of the outstanding job they did. And Rick is to be commended for not charging for some extras that he found desirable to make me completely happy.

I have other projects on my wish list, and Outside Landscape will get the jobs as soon as I get the money for them.

I could not be happier with the work that Rick and his crew completed. Our backyard was an overgrown eyesore and Rick put together a plan that provided our children a safe place to play for years to come. He also put together a plan for the front of the house that utilized some of the existing plants and rounded out the concept w/ some new plants. The quality of the work was great and the job site was cleaned upon completion. I would definitely use them again.
